We chose this hotel for its excellent location and value, and it exceeded our expectations! The check-in process was quick and seamless. The staff was incredibly welcoming, even walking us to our room, which was spacious, spotless, and delightfully cozy. What makes this place valuable is its unbeatable proximity to iconic landmarks like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, as well as a variety of fantastic restaurants—all just a short walk away. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This hotel is located very close to various attractions. Staff, specially Mr Arif was super helpful. Wifi worked wonderfully. The only issue was not having an elevator in the deluxe suites building but they helped us with our luggage. I highly recommend this place

The apartment was spacious, clean and located next to many shops and restaurants. It was a short walk to the major historic sites. There is easy access to taxis that line up a short distance from the apartment. This was really convenient when we took trips to the Asian side. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Turkey.

We went into this property and were shocked that there is no elevator in the building our room is in. (They have a few buildings) So our luggage has to be carried on many flights of stairs. This was very hard. My dad has a knee problem so having to go up the stairs for a few days and go down was very challenging. There was one gentleman I think he was the manager he was very polite and helpful. Two other front desk agents I had a bad experience with. One of their name was Jacob, the others name I don’t remember. The hotels location is outstanding though. The room was pretty spacious. The toilet was very uncomfortable though

Este hotel tiene su encanto. Es un hotel familiar. Por un precio excelente estas a dos minutos de la Mezquita Azul y a 5 minutos del tranvía y de Santa Sofía. Desde el tranvía pueden ir al Gran Bazar en otros 5 minutos. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación pero los dueños del hotel se comportaron a la altura y nos dieron otra habitación sin coste adicional. Las habitaciones bastante limpias. El desayuno muy bueno pero la atención tan amable de la sra. nos hizo más agradable y delicioso el café.Ella misma hace los biscochos que se comen ahí. También nos ayudaron en varias cosas. El hotel tiene servicio de transporte del hotel al aeropuerto en 50 euros. Si no buscas lujos y quieres algo BBB, este es tu hotel.

Unsere wurde ein Appartement eine Straße weiter gegeben was am Anfang sehr komisch schien, weil wir nicht in dem Hotel waren und somit auch nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hatten, aber es war dennoch ruhig und entspannt. Eigentlich war alles ganz ok nur hatten wir in zwei von drei Übernachtungen zwei mal Stromausfall für mehrere Stunden, was dafür gesorgt hat, dass wir sehr kalt duschen mussten und die Klima anlange ging natürlich auch nicht. Das ganze viertel war halt betroffen, kann man wohl nichts machen

The property itself wasn’t a problem. Staff were good too. The boss was extremely helpful. Expedia is at fault as they didn’t put the correct information in the website. The Annex apartment was on a separate building which had 3 flights of circular stairs. My 74 year old mother was supposed to stay in the annex with me. Which she couldn’t as there was no way she could’ve climbed the steps. We were on the 3rd floor. When I spoke to the staff they said they couldn’t do anything. As it happened my sister booked a room which was in the main building which had a lift so my mother stayed with her. If my sis hadn’t booked a room in the main building, this holiday would have been a disaster. I would like Expedia to call me to discuss this further as I am very unhappy with the information that was provided.
