Worst, skeevy hotel! 👎

We arrived at 2pm, the door to the hotel was locked and finally after 15 minutes the guy came and opened the door. We called but no answer. I asked what happened and he said he had to take care of something upstairs. After which a strange looking “couple proceeded to walk out. Now u might say u get what u pay for but we paid 6 dollars more for another hotel down the street after a recommendation from our tour guide, and this hotel was not like this at all. So if ur a female or family, you definitely will not feel safe, the hotel isn’t that clean and overall bad.

Excellent hôtel

Hôtel très bien situé avec la station de tram Aksaray juste en bas de l’hôtel. Il y a également des bureaux de change, commerces et restaurations tout autour. Nous avons eu également un très bon accueil, le personnel est très sympa et à votre service au moindre besoin. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner qui est varié est sur la terrasse, ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, je recommande.

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, die Lage ist gut, das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Die Zimmer stinken muffelig, wir hatten 2 verschiedene Zimmer. im Badzimmer hat es überall Schimmel. Die Lüftung im Badzimmer funktioniert nicht und dies verursacht Schimmelbildung.

Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Istanbul

La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente, le camere sono piccole ma accoglienti e pulite. La strada è trafficata ma le camere sono insonorizzate quindi non è un problema. La colazione viene servita nella terrazza all'ultimo piano, è buona ma alla turca. Il personale è stato molto gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Davanti all'hotel c'è il tram che in 5 minuti porta direttamente nel centro storico. A 5 minuti c'è la stazione della metro di Aksaray e la fermata del bus che porta direttamente all'aeroporto (linea IST-1). La strada è piena di ristoranti, negozi e cambio valuta. Personalmente lo consiglio come base per scoprire Istanbul.

Problema Reservacion - sin cuarto la primera noche

Al llegar al hotel en la noche, nos avisan que no habia reservacion a nuestro nombre (reservacion hecha en la pagina de Hoteles.com por 4 noches) y que el hotel estaba lleno, que teniamos que regresar al dia siguiente para ver disponibilidades. Y mientras nos mandaron a un hotel cercano pero de muy mala calidad, limpieza y muy ruidoso, no pudimos dormir en casi toda la noche, se escuchaba personas platicando en la recepcion toda la noche, el cuarto olia raro. despues de esa noche espansosa ya regresamos al hotel que habiamos reservado y nos encontraron un cuarto pero ese cuarto, la ventana no cerraba y habia una fuga de agua en el bano, asi que despues de unas horas nos volvieron a cambiar de cuarto y de ahi todo bien. personal muy agradable y abiertos pero deplorable el hecho de llegar de noche y ver que no tienes cuarto en el hotel que reservaste y que te manden a otro hotel muy malo hace que exigimos una respuesta por parte de Hoteles.com y un reembolso de nuestra estancia.
