Rooms clean, staff friendly and willing. Hotel is quite basic with few facilities, but excellent location for Tajiki street.... most hotels in this immediate area are very similar.

This is not a non-smoking hotel. The staff (owners) are lovely, but they chain smoke in the back room and my room stank of cigarettes, I got a horrible headache from being in the smoke all night. Super loud bar right across the street. Room was sparse and in disrepair. They gave me the room I specifically didn’t want. But great location! 😂
