Very conveniently located next to a subway station. This hotel provides all the amenities for a good stay in Istanbul. The breakfast buffet had great varieties. The only thing that was a minus for us would be the beds which we felt was too soft and definitely aggravated my back pain. Otherwise would recommend to most people!

Our sray was very pleasant mostly based on the great service and friendly reception by the staff. Breakfast was amazing. Room was good size and kept lean on a daily basis. Location was very good as it was next to a Metro line, making the transportation easy. All sorts of restaurants and shops within a 5 minutes walk. This hotel is highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. My luggage was a day late and it kept getting delayed throughout the day, the day after I arrived. The staff was so extremely helpful and attentive to that matter. They kept inquiring as to how they could help. They kept me informed and up to date regarding any developments, at all times. They even did their best to make me feel comforted in my time of distress. They were a fantastic team. I would like to especially recognize the following individuals. I sincerely hope they somehow get recognized and rewarded for their phenomenal service.
