I stayed here two years ago and decided to come back — and I'm so glad I did! Everything was just as perfect as before. The hotel is amazing, and the staff, from the reception to the restaurant, are truly wonderful. Thank you for everything, we'll definitely be back! Special thanks to Ali, Turgay, and Didem from the restaurant - and a big thank goes out to Mehmet, who was always there to help us whenever we had questions and who took care of our transfer to the airport. Once again, it's a fantastic hotel — very well equipped, extremely clean, and in a great central location. We will definitely come back you're the best!

Central to many shops and restaurant/bars and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The independent rooftop bar/restaurant is split over the neighbouring hotel and has spectacular views of the bosphorus.

The hotel by itself is okay and staff were friendly. Rooms are tiny, if you’re with family and kids definitely not a place to stay. Breakfast was good.

The people there are so nice. They serve with a big smile. Location is awesome next to train and marmaray where you can reach everywhere. The area is very nice and close to most of the historical places like sultanahmet, and at sophia.

My Family International Trip from USA to Middle East Got Disrupted Because of the Sudden War and No Fly Zone in June 2025. Had to Urgently Plan to Stay X 9 Nights at this Hotel. Hotel Charged Me Full Expensive Reservation Without Us Staying There for a Single Night. Politely Asked Hotel Days Before the Reservation Starting Date to Consider Alternative Solution Such as Giving Us Credit X 12 or 24 Months to be Used at The Same Hotel as Flights Resumed to Destination Per Our Initial Plan. I Even Asked Hotel to Use the Reservation Credit in Sep 2025 as We Were No Longer Able to Do July Reservation. Unempathetic, and Uncommunicative Hotel Staff. Hotel Refused Reasonable Alternatives and Kept ALL Reservation Money Unfairly Without Us Being Able to Stay in the Hotel for Even a Single Night. Extremely Disappointed as USA Citizen Docs Family

From “top” to”bottom” @ Seres Hotel. Top..breakfast on top floor ..great management.good food..great view. Middle..average room..somewhat dated..more than adequate. Bottom 1st floor..It seems the hardest thing to do in Istanbul is “cancelling” hotel transportation. “impossible” is a word that sometimes might be heard. Amazingly enough it might be “cash only”. Might be the only place in Istanbul that won’t take a credit card..weird.

Stayed 3 nights at Seres, no AC for 3 nights, informed stuff about it, but every time you asked they said it is getting fixed, but nothing happened,it was very hot , we were unable to sleep. At night I informed staff members about it but they told me that it’s working Shower was dirty, toilet seat was not properly fixed(kept moving), towels were old and dirty which definitely needs replacing. Breakfast is not great. Everything was really old and needs updating. Only thing is good is their staff, nice and friendly

The hotel is near all attractions, near all transportation, plenty of places to eat. The air com outside the bedroom door was very noisy. The breakfast was faultless and delicious. Excellent service by breakfast staff in the morning. The reception is not very welcoming and very rude. Don’t like any one complaining. One night we decided to have dinner on the top floor of the hotel. The restaurant had plenty of tables but none for us was available because we did not book. That night as we was leaving the hotel the 2 men from the receptionist trying to get tourist to dine in their restaurant from the street, so they can charge them 3 times the price of food and drink. When we came back that evening I spoke to the manager at the reception. I ask him why we was not told we had to book a table at check in. He was so rude he said no you can just go and sit on any table you don’t need booking if you are staying at the hotel. I was annoyed with this. I said you need tell your staff that and give them proper policies to follow. We stayed 5 days and the manager did not even apologise.
