Great service and staff were friendly and courteous. Also, rooms were decent size and clean. Breakfast was included so that was a bonus with plenty of options for various food items. The building next door was being renovated so workers would show up early but it wasn't too big of a deal. Also, the water would leak from the stand-in shower into the bathroom but again nothing too serious.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the old city. It's situated a couple of minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We enjoyed staying in the family suite and 5 people stayed comfortably. The service was great. The hotel staff is very courteous. Rooftop free breakfast was an added perk with amazing views. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and modern hotel.
