Vom Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist das Hotel gut. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig mit wenig Stauraum. Das No-Go ist das Bad. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch gut. Frühstück ist okay.

Nicht zu empfehlen !!!!

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel niemanden. Noch nie war ich in einem so runter gekommenen Hotel. Das Zimmer hat nach Schimmel gerochen und war total verschmutzt. Die Decke war voller Schimmel und die farbe halber ab. Die Matratze war so alt, dass man die metall Federn an den Rippen gespürt hat. Wir haben es nur eine Nacht dort ausgehalten und sind in ein anderes Hotel.

An average hotel with a fantastic terrace view!

If you want a convenient hotel to explore by foot all attractions in Sultanahmet area and enjoy breakfast with a great view of the Bosphorus, Sayaben Gold hotel can't be beaten. It is also convenient to catch the ferries whether you want to go over to the Asian side or to Seriyar on the European side. Eminonu port is only a 12-15 minute walk. To enjoy this convenience, you may have to sacrifice some services that you expect a hotel to have. We spent 3 nights here in late August 2018. There was no shower gel in the shower. The man at the front desk gave us small bottles of the shower gel with a promise of filling the container in the shower the next day. It was never filled. The coffee supplies were never replenished. There were no cups to drink water. The breakfast buffet, served on the terrace, could also be improved. Instead of fruit juices, there was fruit punch. The coffee was instant and there was no toaster to toast bread slices. On the positive side, one can enjoy the ferry and ship traffic on the Bosphorus while having breakfast. The roof terrace is always open, and we enjoyed the night views as well.

Modernes hotel in eminönü

Sehr zentrales hotel, mit schönen Ausblick von der Terrasse. Frühstück war ausreichend man wurde satt. Die Sauberkeit des zimmers war ok die Zimmer wurden täglich aufgeräumt aber nicht gereinigt frische Handtücher waren auch immer da, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit

kleines Hotel zentral gelegen

Das Hotel ist für mein Empfinden von der einfachen Art. Das Beste ist seine Lage, fußläufig 5 Minuten zwischen zwei Tramstationen gelegen. Eine Tramstation von der Hagia Sophia entfernt. Beim Empfang haben wir vorerst einen großen Schrecken bekommen - unsere Buchung wurde zuerst nicht gefunden. Das Zimmer nicht übermäßig sauber, ein großes verbogenes Bild, das über dem Bett hing, habe ich nach unserer Ankunft abgenommen, aus Angst es könnte über Nacht herunterfallen. Einge Flecken an Wänden und an Kacheln im Bad. Etwas liebloses Zimmer, dafür aber ein wunderbares breites Doppelbett mit einer großen Doppelbettdecke, das alles Negative an dem Zimmer in den Schatten stellt. Am ersten Morgen beim Frühstück ( zwischen 8 und 10.30 Uhr) dann ein wunderbarer Ausblick auf Istanbul -natürlich nur einen Teil-. Für Gehbehinderte ist der schöne Frühstücksraum kaum erreichbar: Nachdem man mit dem Fahrstuhl in den 5. Stock gefahren ist, muss man noch ca. 15 Stufen absolvieren und die ca. 8 obersten davon sind ohne Handlauf. Die Auslegware des Frühstücksraumes ist mit einem riesigen Flecken nicht mehr sauber zu nennen. Das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes, aber auch nicht schlecht. Man durfte sich auch Kaffee und etwas zu essen mit aufs Zimmer nehmen, was ich dann auch für meinen gehbehinerten Freund gemacht habe. Beim Frühstück wurde man nicht beobachtet oder belästigt durch die Angestellten, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Alles ok

If you want to visit the tourist attractions of Istanbul without car then this hotel is a right choice. Hotel is small and budget,room not big, but perfectly adequate.Hotel location is perfect.Also they do provide breakfast.

Gutes Hotel in optimal zentraler Lage

Empfang und das Personal sehr freundlich und sogar teilweise auf deutsch. Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Transfer sehr günstig und zuverlässig. Einziger Manko im Badezimmer Schimmel an der Decke und an den Rändern unten an der Dusche. Fürs Preis Leistung aber dennoch zum verkraften und gerne wieder.

We stayed there for 3 nights. During our weekend they were really nice and helpful with everything. The breakfast was really good. The room is small, but clean, but if you are planing to visit the city, not to stay in your room all day long, then it's perfect. The service was really nice. We definitely recommend this hotel and we would like to go back to Istanbul and stay here.

Great location, quiet and close to all highlights of this part of the town. The breakfast was fantastic with a marvellous view of the Bosphorus. The rail station, metro and ferry quay were all a 2 minute walk away. Amazing value for money.

Das Personal war freundlich aber zeitweise überfordert. Zimmerservice gab es nur am ersten Tag. Angeblich war das Personal erkrankt, so dass keine Reinigung des Zimmers oder Leerung der Abfalleimer mehr stattfand. Dusche und Bad waren voller Schimmel und das Frühstück eine Zumutung (Weißbrot vom Vortag; verklebter Pulverkaffee).

Hotel in hervorragender Lage

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vom Hotel aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch, ausreichend und wir fanden es lecker.Der Blick von der Terasse auf den Bosporus begeisterte uns ebenfalls.
