The hotel is clean with good breakfast and location near shops and attractions. It lacks some amenities like laundry services and tea-making facilities. Air conditioning is poor, and it can be hot. Staff is pleasant, and it's suitable as a base for exploring the area.

Very clean! Convenient walk to shops , main tourist attractions and feeling safe ! The air conditioning needs maintaining… it was not cold enough even when set to maximum cool temperature. I will stay again!

Overall, the hotel was okay. It doesn't offer all the facilities of a standard hotel, so don't expect everything. However, the location is great, just minutes away from the tram station. One issue was the inconsistent water temperature in the shower hose of my room—it would suddenly get very hot, then go back to very cold. Quite annoying, haha!

Hotel located in busy shopping area and we chose twin 4th floor room. Room was small, pillows on bed were awful and uncomfortable, however room was always warm and plenty of hot water and made up everyday we were there, shower was dated and lots of white horrible mastic around where the fixings were. Wi-fi was free and very fast here. Breakfast was limited for English people I think. Only fruit available was cut up oranges. No tea. And no tea making facilities in room, but guess you get what you pay for. We just used it as a base to sleep. Tram is very nearby, and you can also walk to most of the attractions from here too if you don’t mind walking that is.

I arrived early so was prepared to wait, however the reception said my room was ready (which was wonderful). The hotel has a lift with plenty of room. Although my room was on the third floor, the positioning of the hotel means, there is barely any natural light, it's also a very small room. The television worked but I think the remote needed new batteries and there was no remote for the aircon. There was no water in the minibar on arrival, I understood no kettle but no water is strange. The weirdest thing, something I have never encountered in beautiful Turkiye is that the bidet didn't work properly- I think a plumber needs to look at the situation. I had very noisy neighbours (not the hotels fault) so that was a pain. Breakfast is buffet style and really great, you should find something to eat for your taste. The staff were helpful and professional. But overaIl can't really say I had a comfortable or restful time here.

The only reason I stayed at this hotel is because they advertise laundry services, which has been very hard to find here in Istanbul. They do NOT have laundry. My door was so close to the elevator that I could take one step out of it and be in my room, so I could hear everything every time someone used it. The fridge was useless. The hallways smell of stake cigarettes so not all of the rooms are smoke-free or they don't enforce it. My bidet didn't work. The cleaning ladies literally shout to each other all morning will cleaning, so forget about sleeping in. The good: the staff was pleasant enough (the late-night doorman was the friendliest). Smooth check-in process. Air conditioning. Hot water never ran out. Very clean. I'm not a tourist, but if you are, it's a great location for shopping.

Very bad luck to enter this hotel rooms are very small unclean very old furniture breakfast poor there is nothing good except that employees are good but fees to stay in this hotel are very high according to it’s level

Room without AC, the housekeeper knocked the door and asked us to go out to clean the room, they don't change the towels, they hang it to dry by itself to reuse it... Poor breakfast
