Very personalized attention in every single way; fell in love with the surroundings (every single thinkable thing you may want to visit is very easily within walking distance or a short bus ride); felt at home within a day (stayed 7 nights with my partner). Will be staying there every single time I visit from now on. Amazing views from rooftop patio (also where you have breakfast every morning) of mosques and nature. The most amazing pastries within the same street and right next door- amazing Doner right across the street. Made us very emotional to leave but I know we have our mini piece of heaven to come back to from now on

I have to say the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, the bedding was fresh and it is incredibly convenient for exploring the old part of Istanbul. The only reason I didn't give an excellent for property condition is because the lift wasn't working while I was there. But that was a minor inconvenience in what was a wonderful stay.

Hotel is in a great location when visiting the city, we walked to most of the major tourist attractions. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars and street food in the same street or very close by. The immediate area is more for locals than tourists, which is a good vibe. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace, which is also a lovely place to relax. If your room is next to the terrace, there’s a bit of an issue with noise when breakfast is starting and privacy with guests outside your window but these won’t bother you at all if you’re an early starter. Room was very basic and a bit tired but bed was comfortable and shower was good; for the price paid I was very happy.

Can be perfect with a little renovation

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Istanbul where have a lot of commerce and so close to the metro station.. sadly the hotel gave me a room on the last floor near the teras where people have the breakfast .. and I felt that I can't have s full privacy. The room was so old everything were broken even the remote control of the AC.. there is TV but not a smart one . Since everything were old it was impossible to remake weather the room is clean or not. Even the ceiling was broken and the wall was dirty. This hotel can be perfect with a little renovation, there is an alivator but was out of order.

Don’t stay here unless you are desperate. Reviews must be fake if they say anything nice. Don’t book via Hotels as their customer service when issues arise is appalling.

You get what you pay for. It was cheap, so I could not expect much. Very simple. There was no reception desk, so I had to find the guy in charge among a bunch of guys who were smoking and drinking tea by the door

Good Locatoon and Very Helpful Staff

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. The hotel is very affordable and in a good location about 30.mins walk to Istanbul City Centre with a number of restaurants near by. The hotel could do with better maintenance and thourough cleaning, other than that the rooms were quiete and the beds were very confy. Thank you Mohammed and the team for making our stay very pleasant.

De lo positivo que puedo decir es que el wifi es excelente y la atención del personal también. De 8 noches que me hospedé, solo dos le dieron limpieza a la habitación. Teníamos que acumular la basura en bolsas, la puerta del cuarto abría con mucha dificultad, hubo veces que pedi ayuda para poder entrar, tampoco la puerta del baño cerraba bien el elevador no servía gracias a Dios me toco un primer piso. El desayuno siempre el mismo, hubo un día que tuve que esperar una hora en lo que lo ponían. No tiene front desk como tal pero al menos la habitación es cómoda.
