Staff is super helpful and friendly. Muhammed and Bedirhan were exceptional in how they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel in general was well run and the staff overall were impressive. A hotel can be luxurious and nicely decorated etc but what makes the real difference is the staff. We wanted to say thank you.

Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly. A/C worked great in the room (not always the case in Turkey). Plenty of restaurants, stores to go near by. Recommendations for improvement: A/C and the TV in the GYM area should be fixed. Otherwise it was a decent exercise facility

Nice hotel, perfect service, good food that changes every day. Only the noisy streets and the thin walls are a small disadvantage. The noisy streets on the other hand also mean that a lot of bus lines are reachable within minutes. I will stay there again.

Mediocre Inn on the Asian Side

With my family, we stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. We asked for a baby crib. They brought a crib that had a broken latch, and they did not replace it. It was essentially broken and useless. The mattress was not very comfortable, and the sheets were very cheap, plastic ones. Worst of all, the bath towels were extremely worn out and smelly. The bed sheets were not replaced during the room service. Breakfast food was reused for multiple days. This hotel is located on the Asian side, which suffers from heavy bridge traffic even at 11 PM.
