Super friendly restaurent staff.

Super friendly staff in the breakfast room made the start to the holiday and each day a real pleasure. The room was always beautifully cleaned. The bed and pillow could have been a little more comfortable but that is personal preference. A little more coffee in the room would have been nice for the coffee in bed in the morning and at the end of the day.

My stay in Istanbul

Hotel is in a really good location, not only is it very close to the Grand Bazar and the Haga Sophia Mosque, but also a 3 minute walk to either the tram or the Metro. There are restaurants very close by.It's a small hotel, beds, shower etc. are absolutly fine. Breakfast is adequate, the only complaint I might have is that the coffee for breakfast was very bland and flavourless.

Fantastic hotel, very clean. Short walk to tram. Close to Metro which we took from airport but not advisable. lots of waking between stations, confusing plus huge crowds. Take taxi for $35.

The hotel is located at the hub of Istanbul where you could go shopping and a lot of sightseeing. The staff are accommodating and doing everything to make you feel comfortable. In terms of pricing, I think it is decent and is worth every penny you spend!

Brilliant hotel nothing bad to say

Location of the hotel was in easy walking distance to the trams and the Grand bizarre. Room was very clean and a good size. Kettle and fridge. Room was cleaned and bed made every day. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice. Very quiet at night bed very comfortable. All the staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Already decided that we will be returning. Excellent hotel

It is shown that this hotel is 5 star hotel based on which we made our reservation. The hotel is not more than 3 stars. The location is difficult to reach, the street is narrow, the Entrance is high (you need to climb sharp stairs to reach, the lobby is small, the elevator is also so small. The people are friendly and very nice. However the general evaluation is not good.

Ok hotel near attractions

The stay was OK, but nothing special. With so many other options in Istambul, you may want to try a different hotel. The condition of the room, common areas, and lobby was good. The front desk staff was on average OK, but not very friendly. The ladies responsible for the breakfast and cleaning were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Breakfast was OK, but nothing amazing. The food in Turkey can be amazing so it is a matter of incorporating some of these simple and delicious things to the breakfast to make it better. Good Turkish tea and Turkish coffee with some dried fruits, better olives, etc. can make a significant improvement. Remember the n-2 rule for stars in Turkish hotels. A 5 star ranking for a hotel in Turkey is closer to a 3 star in other areas of Europe , especially Central Europe.
