I only stayed long enough for a 4 hour nap but I appreciated that they reached out and scheduled transport to the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot.

It was fine. There’s a walk to get in past the gate and not necessarily disabled friendly. The restaurant is meh. But it’s 10 minutes from the airport

Close access to IST

I pass through Istanbul airport every once in a while and don't want to go all the way into the city for the night. Finding this hotel close to the airport has been great. Peaceful surroundings make it restful. The restaurant serves good food and the include breakfast was a nice way to start the day.

Amazing service and amazing property… But the sewer smell coming out of the bathroom drains was almost unbearable. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

Check in was at 2pm, we a family 6 got there to rest after a long flight, and had to wait for an hour to get the room, it wasnt cleaned. Only 1 restaurant on the facilities, and the service and quality is terrible. Hotel it self, half of it was hot other half was cold. I am sure its fine as a resort but as a hotel to use to rest between layover i would not recommend

Loved it here! Only stayed for one night to be close to the airport. Sadly I had an early flight out so I missed the breakfast, but would definitely stay again and for a longer time.

I ask the staff to get me the car to tour me around and drop me off in the airport . While I’m going around the city I left my carry on bag in the car and I lost my jewelry I check my jewelry before going out and still and when I came home the small bag of my jewelry still there but my jewels are gone

The room was great. Our room was next door to chicken coop. The roosters were growing almost all night long. The room was really nice, loved using the hot tub. The restaurant on site is really overpriced, but there’s nothing around there so they know they have you captive. The nice thing about this place is it was close to the airport so it was a quick Uber ride in the morning for really cheap. Definitely use Uber and do not take the shuttle, which is more expensive from the hotel.

Great expectations for a bad experience

We booked a junior suite for 2 adults and 3 kids, with a double and 3 single beds, for a night. We were looking forward to a nice evening enjoying the facilities in the suite after a 7 hour flight. We were shocked and extremely disappointed at check-in when we were accompanied to our accommodation which was a room with a double bed. Somehow the staff did not find it odd that a family of 5 would stay in a room with only a double bed! When asked, we were told that was our booking and if we needed an upgrade we would have to pay for it. After showing the booking details, the manager was phoned and we were told that our suite was no longer available and we would be given an additional room. The second room was some distance from the first one. It was a nightmare because the kids did not want us to be separated. There was no explanation nor apology, it was as if it was a service given to us. The breakfast was good and staff at the restaurant were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff made what was a disappointment at the start a much better experience. The airport transfer fee was 23€ for each journey. The service was good and both cars were of very high standards. The hotel is near the airport and may offer a great experience but unfortunately we did not have that. We were thinking of coming back for a longer stay but this first experience might have ruined it. I understand and appreciate that each experience is different but this was sadly ours.
