We have a bad experience with this hotel. The appartment we rent wss very old, thinks very falling apart. The person on tje reception was very rude whenever we have to speak to him. Not recommend this place even though location was good.

Bad Hotel

The hotel is horrible, no services at all. No hot water in the bathroom, the Internet was not connected, the staff was very bad and not friendly at all, they didn't allow us to open the AC if we are not in the room and they took the room key when we left the room to close the AC, no one is there to carry your luggage and you need to carry it over the stairs

I would not recommend anybody this hotel. The apartment is absolutely terrible. The room we had to book instead was also terrible and very expensive!! The rooms had mold, the blankets had stains, the room was only cleaned twice even though they say, they clean the rooms daily. Would never ever go back there! Only one guy who was there was very kind and tried to help us, the rest was terrible. Once you ask anybody something and turn your back to them they start cursing you in turkish, which is ridiculous!!!

All the staff should be fired & the property should be condemned & leveled! Run AWAY from this place!! They were not friendly, didn't want to help or talk to us when we needed assistance; even when I used Google Translate.I asked for a better room & what we were guaranteed by Expedia, they refused to help. Toilet paper, not simple basics of shampoo & soaps were not supplied! Only given 3 towels for 4 nights for 3 people. Rooms not cleaned daily. Sheets stained. No trash cans in rooms. No dresser/closets in rooms. Birds on roof made noise 24/7. Worst part too is that they made you put in a key to "TURN ON" electricity. Which meant there WAS NO AC at any point when you were gone, so the room was 150 degrees when you entered and took 4 hours to cool down; in addition to the fridge was turned off during that time too - so our food spoiled!!!! Any towels they washed were then put soaking wet over the kitchen chairs where you were to have the free breakfast. So the chair were wet when you sat down. Holes in the walls. Mold on the ceiling. Room smelled like cigarettes

Avec le prix et l'emplacement, le mépris...

Bien situé et pas cher... Mais pour le reste, surtout l'amabilité du personnel. Un de ses membres m'a même menacé car, excédé d'attendre une plombe pour ma clé, j'avais trop sonné la cloche. Totalement hors de lui, il m'a demandé de me calmer... LOL. Bref, à part le prix et l'emplacement....

Bei der Ankunft war der Empfang schon unfreundlich und der Herr fragte sofort ob wir Fotos von der Unterkunft dabei haben. Er sagte es werde uns sicher nicht gefallen. Er begleitete uns in einen Keller, in einer Strasse hinter dem Hotel, wo es schon überall nach Katzenkot und Urin roch. Um hinunter zu gelangen, musste man über eine Truhe steigen. Zusätzlich behauptete er, dass die Buchung nur für 3 Personen ohne Kind sei, obwohl der Name des Kindes aufgelistet war. Im Keller angekommen war es einfach schmuddelig, nach Katzen stinkend, schimmlig. Uns gefiel es gar nicht. Er sagte selber Schuld, das sei das was wir gebucht haben!!! Danach wollte er uns ein anderes Zimmer anbieten, welches mehr als doppelt so teuer war. Wir wollten dann das Zimmer sehen, was ihm nicht passte und ungern einwilligte! Nachdem meine Frau das Zimmer sah, welches auf den ersten Blick vom Rand des Zimmers gut war… War er eingeschnappt, und schrie meine Frau und meinen Sohn an. Sie sollen nicht mit ihm reden, in die Ecke sitzen, sonst können wir gehen. Das Geld hat er aber behalten! Danach haben wir uns spät abends mit einem Kind eine andere Bleibe suchen müssen !!!!!! Einfach unter aller Sau! Nebst der Unterkunft war der Mann an der Réception unanständig und frech

Ich möchte mit aller Aufrichtigkeit darauf hinweisen, dass die Lage sehr wunderbar ist und alle wichtigen Orte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das alles ist schön, aber ich finde, dass das Wichtigste von allem der Respekt vor dem Kunden ist, egal aus welchem ​​Land er stammt, welcher Rasse er angehört und welche Sprache er spricht. Kleiner freundliche Hotel in beste Lage, einige Minuten zu Fuss von Hagia Sofia, Sultan Ahmet Camii, Top Kapi, Basar. Sauber mit freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Personal. Moechte besonders Mehmet erwaehnen, welcher laufend alle Wuensche der Reisender erfuellt. Wir sagen ein grosser Danke.
