I really enjoyed my stay at Maywood hotel. The location is perfect close to restaurants, metro and tourist attraction places. The customer service is awesome and professional. The front desk staff Mr. ERSIN is a great and helpful gentlemen. He guided us perfectly whatever we needed. He helped us to locate Shopping malls around and how to go via metro and etc. On our check out day he gave us small gift of Turkey chocolates plus tea glasses that was just awesome to remember our stay at Maywood. The other great guy Mr. Ahmet also helped us on our second booking and showed us the available rooms to pick the right and good one. He was very helpful and guided us when we needed help. I really recommend this hotel not just being in good location, but also because of their professionalism customer service.

Мы жили в номере с окном, выходящим в колодец. Очень душно. Я практически не спала две ночи. Нас было три человека: муж, ребёнок и я. Кондиционер работал только на тепло. Если бы нам предложили другой вариант при заселении, то в принципе было бы все хорошо. Мы могли бы доплатить за номер с окном, но нам не предложили такого варианта. Короче, если будете бронировать, то проситесь в номера с окном. Особенно в тёплое время года.

فندق جيد و مناسب للإقامة في وسط منطقة سيركيجي بجانب السلطان أحمد كل شيء حولك من أسواق و مطاعم و غيرها الإفطار قليل جدا و لا يوجد تنوع و يتم تقديم صحون فيها أكل جاهز و متكررة كل يوم ربما بسبب كورونا

I loved the look of the hotel and the way my room was decorated. I enjoyed the breakfast very much. My area of the hotel was nice and quiet. The restaurant manager was outstanding. I can not remember his name; however, he was very professional, polite, and kind.

Location is the main advantage.

Pros: Excellent position less than 5 minutes walk to Sirkeci tram and train station, ferryboat. 15 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and other attractions. Helpfull recepction staff. Cons: Fridge not working for long time because mouldy drink bottles inside. Room need some renovation soon. Ordinary breakfast.

The hotel is clean, well run, everything necessary works, it is ideally situated for travelling around Istanbul, and is also quiet. I cannot recommend the Maywood highly enough.

It was close to the railway and trams.but not noisy from them. it was noisy at night due to the bars of hotels opposite - many being staff. Local restaurants available. Not the best place I have ever stayed but it was fine for 2 nights apart from the noise and window open due to no aircon. Maybe they are all like this in this area. Transport to airport was arranged and worked fine. They gave me an early breakfast when needed.
