Owner had option to cook for us,and we have many good cafes, next to hotel. Owner and his helper ,was young nice helpful,and speak english. Cleaner lady very nice ,sweet speaks turkish russian and little english.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lucky Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at ease. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Osman Emma, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout my visit. His friendly and professional attitude made my experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lucky Hotel Indeed

I had an 18 hour layover in Istanbul and needed a place to crash for a few hours or so. I decided to choose this place due to location and cost. It was perfect. I arrived roughly 1:30am and was greeted at the lobby. It worked out very well.

A welcoming atmospher

The hotel personal where very nice and guided us when we asked for help and also recomended the best places to go from the hotel. The room was clean and it had every thing we needed. The only sligthly thing that you have to be aware os the staires which is narrow

Very good value for money. The hotel is small and cute, so are the rooms, but has everything you need including helpful staff. The area seemed a bit sketchy at first sight, with a lot of local men sitting outside the neighbor tea house, but all were nice and friendly and there were no problem with noise from the street. Everything you need is I'm walking distance from the hotel and night connections with public transportating. We will be happy to stay here again.

This is a good rated and affordable hotel for a Japanese woman traveling solo in Turkey for the first time. The nearest train station is in the middle of the bridge, Holic, and it's a 10 minute walk away. There are convenience stores, kebabs, fruit shops, bakeries, etc., so you can really feel the local lifestyle. Prices seem to be rising, but it was cheap and good. The hotel owner is kind. The room is compact and clean, just like the photo. There is a pot. Recommended for solo travelers who just want to sleep and sightsee.

Just returned from a last minute 5 night stay in the hotel and will most definitely return. I had the small room (which I requested), as I am a solo traveller but it was ample for my needs. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in. The shower was absolutely amazing with adjustable pressure settings and the air conditioning was fab! The hotel staff were super friendly and could not help you enough. As for the reviews of there not being a lift, well it's not as if its a sky scraper, it's like 3 floors! Not a problem at all. The location was absolutely spot on too, close to transport to just anywhere you want to go. Would totally recommend Lucky Hotel Istanbul, can't wait to return :-)

Good receptionist. Person was very kind and courteous. The hotel itself is terrible. Incredibly small. There are 3 floors with no elevator. The staircase is only wide enough for one person to go through. The bathroom was so small the door won't even open all the way because it will hit the toilet. Only reason i chose this hotel was because of its location near the Tram station. Apart from that its nothing short of a hostel.
