Old hotel, not renovated in years, rooms very small, no window view, not enough lighting, Black rugs , black walls, (1) under size sheet, no pillow casing ,, just horrible , they should close this down, Staff as usual, Turkish people very polite and educated.

Comfortable, affordable, and has great staff members. We were staying for 5 nights and we were provided with air conditioning & drinking water. Every staff member was kind. They told us how to get to places. The places we needed to get to (centres) were very far away, so the area isn’t convenient for hotel pickups for tours, but if you have means of travel, or don’t care about city centers or tours - this is definitely the place for you. The only complaint: there’s no refunds so we suggest you pay per night and not in advance for the whole stay. (In reference to the hotel owner) Shoutout to Muhammad, Emir, and Mr. K, for free tea, and the room service ladies. We’ll be back 👍

Strong smoking smell in the room, when complained the staff person came and sprayed the whole room that much that the floor went wet and slippery, but the smell was still present. I wouldn’t stay there ever again.

That was one of the most terrible hotels in all of my life, not recommend it to others. It has only rooms, without anything. No drinking water, no breakfast, no cleaning, no toothpaste and toothbrush. In one word, it is terrible. You can have the best choice in the same costs

No service, arrogant, noise, changed room, off pow

Bad condition hotel with no service or help at all. Very arrogant staff and with no english skills. When checking in; it took + 1,5 hours. Much noise from the big 3+2+3 lane road and no sound isolation between the rooms. You could hear neigherbours speaking, watching tv and using the toilet. After getting the room; the day after øt they wanted to change from a big room on 5th to one small in basement with no Windows and smoking smell - the asked 300 TL Per room/night for keeping the room. I was down day two because of my hair surgery, but they pushed and stressed us. When we didnt shift the room; they turned off the power. We called Hotels.com priorityservice, who couldnt help… Do not use this hotel!!

Oncelikle, deluxe oda secmeme ragmen, asansor yani bir odada konaklamak durumunda kaldim, gurultu butun gece surdu. Oda kucuk, onu zaten tahmin ediyordum sorun yok, ama havlularin kirli olmasi tatsizdi. Yoksa tek basiniza, 1 gece icin yaptiginiz seyahatte sicak su, yeterli bir yatak, klima olmasi yeterli idi.

Öncelikle kaldığımız oda -1 bodrum kattaydı rutubetliydi, penceremiz havalandırma boşluğuna bakıyordu ve aşırı pisti sigara izmaritleri ve tozlar havada uçuşuyordu, odalar çok pisti her yer toz içindeydi özellikle banyo, ses yalıtımı berbattı diğer odalardaki duş alanları sesleri çok rahat duyabiliyorsunuz. Havluları asacak askı vs olmadığı gibi dolapta da askı yoktu. Klima çok eski ve sesli çalışıyordu.
