Clean and comfortable budget hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort. Bedding and bathroom were clean; bed was comfortable; water pressure was good and the bathroom was clean. The walls are rather thin, but overall, this was a nice budget stay in an unbeatable location. Front desk staff were also really nice. We'd recommend this for someone looking for a good, budget option.

Hidden gem in Istanbul

A hidden gem in the heart of Istanbul. Very cozy hotel with only a few rooms and with a personal touch. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is very nice too. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I ever go back to Istanbul.

My 3rd visit. Rooms have individual decoration and themes which keeps a visit interesting. Convenient for ancient Istanbul/ Constantinaople everything is walking distance. Street palking outside hotel. Beware trams when walking. Good breakfast

Desiner hotel in the centre of ancient Istanbul. Valet parking. Good breakfast. Elevator. Rooms have individual decorations stayed in poems and glamour. Definitely recommend glamour if you want a gothic twist. Balcony and working air-conditioning

Valet parking a must for istanbul. Air conditioning. Elevator. Many local restaurants. Convenient for ancient Istanbul. 700m walk to hagia sophia, blue mosque , cistern, safe area. Themed rooms stayed in poems and glamour. Glamour is all black decor and mirrors

We had 2 separate rooms on same floor for a family of 4. This hotel was fun and quirky with all its artistic additions and decor. Breakfast was plenty with lots of selection. Turkey is full of smoking and this hotel had a scent of it coming from the foyer or front door where the front staff of all the hotels would gather to smoke. That would be my only complaint of the location but it was everywhere so we got used to it I think. The room was warm for us and couldn’t figure out how to use the AC but we also did t ask and just cooled Down by keeping the balcony door open. Balcony was enjoyable to sit out in and watch the hustle and bustle of the city and listen to the call to pray from the Aya Sofia. This hotel is perfect location to explore all the highlights of the Sultanahmet area.

Great boutique hotel in sultanhamnet area of Istanbul. Compared to the surrounding streets it was nice and quiet. The rooms were well decorated and stylish. We had two rooms, both the same standard, however one was small and the other was very large. Both were well equipped though. Breakfast was very nice with good variety every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only gripe was we got stuck in the lift one night and no matter how many times we rang the lift alarm, banged on the door and pressed the call button, no staff came to help. Luckily my wife was able to open the door from the outside to let us out.

Upon our arrival we were assigned the room on the 4 floor,the room is a "comfort" but it is very small,all furnished in black and very dark even when we turn on all the lights,we notice that the bathroom door does not close completely,it is a sliding door and it remains open by about 30 centimeters,we notify the reception where a very annoyed employee doesn't even take us into consideration,I write a review on expedia and the next morning at breakfast another employee asks me and they finally fix the door. On the same day me and my husband we get stuck in the lift,we sound the alarm and no one comes, it restarts and it gets stuck again,we ring but nothing. My husband manages to open the door and we go down on foot, the guy at the reception is busy playing with the phone. We were scared because there was no air They write to me and ask me why I still complained about the room and I explain to them what happened and that the problem isn't the room,they tell me that the elevator is fine that maybe I touched something and that it wasn't possible was blocked,this goes on for a while but in the end they apologize. In the following days my husband no longer takes the elevator but takes the stairs and I get stuck again, he calls the employee and finally sees that I was stuck. For the rest, the hotel is in a perfect location and the breakfast is not a buffet but prepared fresh,not very varied,but good. The wifi works great and the room was clean and the bed very very comfortable.

Communication was great from start to finish with Osman. Our room was exceptionally designed with an Ottoman theme. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well, shower fine. Great reception and maid service. Would highly recommend.

The stay was OK. However, the entire experience ended up turning into true hell on the last day. I already knew about the bad reputation of the city's taxi drivers and I myself was the victim of at least 3 taxi driver extortions during my stay in Istanbul. For the journey from the hotel to the airport, I asked the hotel for recommendations and they recommended a driver. I confirmed the price , which would be paid by card at least 5 times so there would be no problem. unfortunately to my surprise the taxi driver, in addition to driving recklessly, answering the phone all the time, upon arriving at the airport wanted to charge me more than we agreed, claiming that my card was not local and he would incur fees. I said that this was not what was agreed with the hotel, but he still resorted to shouting and threatened to call the police. I know that the taxi driver is not a hotel employee but the experience was terrifying. It took at least 15 minutes for the taxi driver to agree to charge me the agreed amount. Never again. Hypnos never again. The employees at this hotel recommend dishonest taxi drivers as "friends". It ruined the experience.

旧市街の中心地で、トラム駅に徒歩１分と観光に非常に便利な立地です。 スタッフは親切で、イスタンブールとしては朝食がおいしいです。 その一方で、設備機器の保守状態がよくありません。 トイレの水を流すボタンを押すと戻すのに苦労します。 部屋ドアを内側からロックするのは技術が必要です。
