The hotel has a really nice location. The rooms and the general atmosphere is exactly like in the photos. It’s quite stylish and nice. Staff are nice and friendly. If you plan on sleeping it gets very noisy in that street, especially during night time.

Very Bad Service At All

There was no Air Conditioner was working and because of poor management, the lady who serve breakfast .... once she give you anything second time she doesn't want to give you and making bad faces. The Tea Kattel was dirty and full of dust and in my three nights they never change Kattel and wash.

There is a lot of clubs around the hotel and it is difficult to sleep until very loud in the morning. Breakfast at the hotel was not good at all. The cups were dirty in the rooms. Overall it was not suitable for the family.

Nice hotel unless you like sleeping at night

The hotel itself was quite nice. Room was decent and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Big problem is that there are 3 night clubs playing music loud enough that you might as well be sleeping on the dance floor. If you want a good night's sleep then this is not the hotel you're looking for.

A hotel with perks and disadvantages

The hotel room I've been in was nicely decorated and pretty comfortable but the fact that there was another door in my room leading towards the emergency exit stairs made me feel somewhat unwell, especially because the door wouldn't close properly. But the staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was also pretty fine. The hotel is very close to taksim Square and you basically need to walk just about three minutes to end up in the middle of istiklal Street. The only disturbing thing about it is that there's a pub right beside the hotel which just gets louder in the night. It's probably not a good choice for a family trip but going there with friends or alone wouldn't be that bad at all.

The area isn't comfortable

For the value of money you pay, the hotel is good, and the people who works there are very friendly..but the area is not that good, yes it's very close to Taksim but this exact block is the only block that you don't want to be in Taksim

Die Unterkunft ist genau neben dem Rotlicht Bereich. Die ganze Straße ist überfüllt mit Prostituierten. Ich habe das Hotel nur von außen gesehen und bin nicht reingegangen. Es ist kein Hotel für die Familie.

We have booked for 4 nights but actually we couldn't stay more than one night. We were in a room were the emergency exit is located.. even it is not a problem it gave to me the feeling that I'm not in a hotel room. The worst thing was that in front of the hotel there is a night vlub.. in the night the sound was too loud as we sleep in the street.. I couldn't sleep the whole night.. it was not only the music, but also peaple fighting, talking loud, cars passing through big motorrads.. The music did not stop until 7 a.m and that was in a weekday not a weekend!! So if you are sensitive to the noise, do not book this one or any in this area because it is full of night clubs and it will be the same!

Don't ever stay there

The hotel was so bad. All rooms are NON-SMOKING but they allow their guest to smoke inside the rooms. Everyday starting from early morning 5am till 11pm I can smell my room full of cigarette smell. My cloths and towel full of smell. It make me sick. The rooms as well are not properly cleaned daily. Unbelievable Turks Mentally. Smoking anywhere everywhere is their prefect life. I was suppose to be there for 6 nights and left in 4 nights. The front desk can tell me he cannot believe that other guest smoke in their room I can have the smell in my room. Thats because they simply dont use their brains if they have one. Taxis horning all night as there are 4 clubs just outside the hotel and start from 9pm to 9am everyday. Turks speak and shout loudly, taxis horning whole night. The worst place I have stayed. I will not recommend this place at all unless there are no more hotels in Istanbul. Breakfast is bad as well.

Tam bir Hayal kırıklığı otelde kalamadım karşı binasından genel ev bulunmakta kapısının önünde 50 60 adam bekliyor, odanın içerisinde EXIT acil kaçış koridoruna açılan kapı bulunmakta böyle bir yapıya nasıl ruhsat verilmiş ve hotels.com bu otelin satışını nasıl yapabiliyor anlayabilmiş değilim. 2 gece konaklama bedelimi yaktım ve sadece 10dk durarak otelden ayrılıp başka bir otele geçtim yazıklar olsun oteli açana , ruhsat verene ve otelin reklamını yapıp satana..

in overall this hotel in not OK. because there are two club and a brothel next to the hotel and you can't sleep or rest in the night or in the afternoon. plus it isn't good as a 4 star hotel just equal to a usual hotel apartment

Aman dikkat aile kalamaz.

Otel istiklal caddesinin arka sokaginda, aile ile kesinlikle gelinmez, gece klubunun uzerinde, etrafinda bir çok randevu evi mevcut, camdan sarkan bayanlarin icinden gecerek otele giris yapiyorsunuz, sabah 9.00'a kadar muzik sesi, kavga sesleri, bagiranlar yuzunden uyuyamadik. Otelin pvc kaplamalarindan ses geldiginden hem soguk hem de gurultu odanin icindeydi,kahvaltisi icin asla size cazip gelmesin vasat bir kahvalti , yapmasaniz da olur derecede. Ayrica kahvalti tabaklari ve genel temizlik olarak hijyen sıfır. Perdeler kisa oldugundan disaridan odanin icerisi gorunuyordu kapatsaniz da kapanmiyor, otelden cikarken sokagin basinda polis memurlari buralarda kalinmayacagini soylese de bizim icin artik cok gecti. Siz siz olun aile ile degil tek basiniza dahi kalmayin. Asayis olarak tekin olmayan bir sokak bir daha asla tercih etmeyecegiz otelde 2 gun konakladik uykusuzluk ve korku icinde.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was really nice and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. BUT right in front of the hotel was some club where came TERRIBLE noice until 9 o'clock in the morning! This happened thursday-sunday. Monday night was quiet. Earblugs were in the room ready.

Oteli ve odayı gözünüzle görmeden satın almayın..

Kötü bir bölgede.İki adım ötesine gece hatta gündüz gidebilmek cesaret istiyor. Kaldığım oda hemen girişte resepsiyonun bir adım ötesinde idi. Belki güvenlik için iyi ama hiçte keyifli değildi. Ayrıca odanın içinden yangın merdiveni çıkışı vardı. Yatmadan önce sivrisineklerle savaş yapmanız gerekiyor.Diğer odalar için yorum yapamıyorum.Ama benim kaldığım oda sanırım en kötüsü.Ve asla o fiyat etmezdi.
