Terrible stay, never again

I will never stay at this Hamidiye Hotel again! Location was great, room well heated but hotel is in terrible condition: room always smelled bad; room door was difficult to get in, shower ran hot/cold; shower wall had lots of mold; there was no hot water kettle; room lighting was flourescent and minimum. Breakfast staff is rude, front desk staff gave me the wrong room at first. Overall, a terrible stay.

Die Bilder des Hotels entsprechend nicht der Realität. Personal sehr unfreundlich. Frühstück jedentag 1zu 1 die selben Gerichte. Wenn dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat dann müssen die echten 4. Sterne Hotel mindestens 6 Sterne haben.

Zeer slecht, geen 4 sterren hotel

Hotel kwam totaal niet overeen zoals hij werd aangeboden op de site. Het ontbijt was slecht, weinig keuze en iedere dag hetzelfde. De matrassen waren vies, bruin met vlekken. De eerste kamer geweigerd en kregen daarna een andere kamer. Badkamer vies en veel spullen (handvatten) kapot. de douche zat weinig druk op en was erg smerig. De foto's op de site komen niet in de buurt van de werkelijkheid van het hotel.

Vond het tegenvallen, had er meer van verwacht

Locatie is goed, alles is dichtbij. Kamer was schoon, alleen de fohn deed het niet. Zwembad zag er vies uit, Personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt vond ik slecht, alles was koud en niet echt lekker. Uitzicht dakterras op de 6e etage prachtig! De kleine liften zijn een ramp, vooral als je een kind hebt met kinderwagen. Je wacht soms 20 minuten s'ochtends voordat je de lift in kan stappen, gewoon file aan mensen. Was niet slecht, alleen had uiteindelijk liever iets meer betaald voor een iets luxer hotel.

Zimmer und Badezimmer dreckig!! Zimmer stinkt und klimagerät defekt!! Swimmingpool total trüb und dreckig! Beckerand und Strandliegen ungepflegt und kaputt!! Teppiche im ganzen Hotel überall dunkle flecken und dreckig!! Frühstück warme Getränke ungenießbar und Reste Brot diverse Sachen werden wieder verwendet....igitt!!!! Im großen und ganzem absolut unzufrieden!!!!!!!! Nie wieder!!!
