Nice, clean hotel conveniently located.

Clean and quiet, newly renovated hotel in unique location in Sisli, close to metro station. Just one stop to Taksim Square. Staff provide excellent service from front desk to food service and housekeeping. Excellent parks and shopping nearby. Family friendly.

Thank you for the very nice experience during my stay with my family, the hotel is very clean and well looked after, for the price it is a very good option ! one of the main points that would make me come back is the service from the staff of this hotel, honestly every single person who works at this property is super nice and always very helpful and welcoming ! Special call out to Kenan who is mainly at the breakfast buffet, he was amazing, service oriented person that is always doing above and beyond his tasks, Thanks again for an amazing stay :)

Amazing hotel in a perfect location!

Out of the several hotels I've stayed at in Istanbul, Halifaks Hotel was the best. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good with lots is variety. I had an amazing experience at Halifaks Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel! Special thanks to Ali who reserved a big van for my family so we could go to the airport. Also a big thanks to Salim, Abdullah, and Hassan! They all contributed to making our stay so lovely. My family will definitely be returning to Halifaks!

When I arrived there they told us that we only have 1 room despite booking 2 and that they need the other room to give it to someone else because when they tried to reach me by phone I was not answering as I was on the plane.

started badly, ended greatly!

it all began badly. we paid 54 euro per night for each room (for 3 nights). for me, my dad and his wife, my fiances parents, my fiances sister. But we didnt get what we paid for. I dont know if it was because of Hotels.com or because of misunderstanding between the hotel and us. however, we told them after our 3 nights that we werent happy. me and ny fiancee were by now ready to stay a couple of more nights. The hotel staff reacted quickly and very professionally. The staff were extraordinary. so kind and so service minded. specilly the afternoon staff, and the young lady in the reception. Even though our stay started with dissappointment, it ended with big smile of satisfaction. The hotel rooms are nice, the only bad thing was that it wasnt really soundproof. But all the other things were great. I would like too thank the staff, very nice and helpfull. I would definetly consider going back to Halifaks Hotel. I hope they read this! thank you!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde auch täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, leider war der Ausblick des Balkons gegen den Hinterhof gerichtet, somit konnte man diesen nicht genießen. Außerdem war nur 1 Stuhl auf dem Balkon. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Worth the price

Nothing too fancy. The staff was amazing. The hotel is on a hill so if climbing a hills are not your thing then this one’s not for you. You can drive up to the hotel but a 5min walk becomes a 15-20min drive because the road is super narrow and the cars are driving in all directions meaning it’s not a one way street so there’s a wait for the car coming in the opposite direction to pass before you can hopefully get through. The rooms are pretty decent, again, nothing fancy. Outdated is the correct word. There’s no carpeting on the floor so it’s cold to walk on. They give you slippers but cheap quality so you might wanna bring your own. There’s a convenient store right next door that stays open till midnight so if you get thirsty at night or need a snack it’s right there. The area is very safe to walk any hour of the day. Worth the price
