This was my second time in this hotel, friendly and helpul staff, clean rooms and bathroom, very lively neighbourhood full of cafes restaurants shops, 3 minutes to main shopping Avenue.

Helpful staff in lively area

Helpful staff, very central location right in the middle of nightlife, plenty of surrounding eateries open until late. Room can be a little noisy. Easy walking distance to both Taksim or Galata and high street shopping. Comfortable room that matches provided pictures

Fint hotel, perfekt til hvis man ikke bruger hotellet til andet end at sove. Vær opmærksom på værelserne ikke er så store. Beliggenheden er meget fin, men vær opmærksom på diskotek lige om hjørnet hvor der spilles høj musik hele natten.

Great for short stay

Second time at this hotel. Great staff, always helpful and make our stay there comfortable. We had issues with noise levels as it’s in a central location but staff did their best to move us to different rooms where noise wasn’t so bad. It’s in a great location, literally a 2 minute walk to Taksim square Only issue is limited breakfast options

Worst hotel experience ever!

Only good thing about this place is its location. Terrible staff. The people working at the reception are treating you as if you're not a guest at the hotel and not paying for the facility and their services. The elevator is incredibly tiny and there's only one. I was locked inside my room as the doors are old and not working properly. The decoration is out of fashion, looks like from the 80s. I could've tolerated everything but the staff had no idea about how to treat a customer/guest and were rude both when I checked in and out. Horrible experience overall. Wouldn't recommend it at all!

Great stay , improvement in breakfast

Id rate the hotel a 3.5 the people were great and the price was good and extremely close to transportation tube and taxis! My only negative was the breakfast! Bacon and eggs would've been great I honestly regretted paying for breakfast as that was by far fulfing! But other than that I was happy!!
