Convenient location and Pleasant stay

My stay at the hotel was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming and always willing to help, which made the whole experience very smooth. The location was convenient, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I’d definitely return

Overall our stay was good, the room is large and comfortable, good breakfast included and the area is walkable. The downside is the lack of maintenance of the property and it is really outdated (curtains -BTW it think they never washed them), wallpapers peeling off. Just with a little TLC would be a great place to stay.

Staff is very helpful, location is great, family friendly i got the big room with 4 beds. Terrace is in pretty bad conditions they can do better use of it. I spent 4 nights breakfast was the same everyday ( a toaster is needed) Access arriving/leaving to airport might be an issue if working days / time. Will stay again? Unlikely

Place was completely dirty and really not safe .. we booked a room for two and got a space & equipments for only one person. Mold was everywhere in the bathroom. The outside was noisy ALL night long. NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE.

Disgusting 1* Hostel!

I checked in late and the room was already given to other people who were using it. The manager took me to the room and had to ask 2 ladies to leave the room and handed it to me with a used bed, linen was dirty. A dirty shower (the ladies had just showered) and after they left in front of me, they left their cigarettes (the room reeked of smoke). I went downstairs to ask for my refund as there was no way I was going to stay at this hostel, did the manager not tell me to buzz off. Very rude, very aggressive too! Another gentleman offered me another room which seemed like a dungeon, it had a machine that made noise the whole night, a sink with drainage issues, I hardly slept that night but because it was already midnight I stayed and left the first thing the morning after I found out the rude man was the owner of the hotel. I want my refund!!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche des sites touristiques comme la Mosquée Bleu, Aya Sofia, le palais Topkapi (10-15 mins à pied) et encore plus proche du Grand Bazar (5mins). Le tram est également tout près (5mins). Le personnel de l'hôtel est à l'écoute, arrangeant et de bons conseils. Tout est facilité tests PCR, transfert... La chambre est un peu petite mais le ménage est fait tous les jours. Cela suffit largement, nous passons la majeur partie de notre temps en extérieur. C'était la deuxième fois qu'on venait et si on revient on prendra le même hôtel. Merci à l'équipe ;)

Très decue hôtel de recup : -chambres sale , rideaux sale ainsi que la literie et serviette déchiré. -moisissure au niveau de la cabine de douche. On se fait littéralement agresser par la femmes de chambre , hotel tres mal entretenu le seul point positif est la proximités du grand bazaar. Le menage est pratiquement pas fait surtout en cette période de covid sans compter le bruit qui ne cessent de jours comme de nuit .
