The room was very clean, nice, comfortable. I was welcomed kindly and could check in early, which was appreciated. The only drawback was that I tried to do laundry (one of my main goals during the stay) and a single medium bag of regular clothes would apparently cost me up to 2,500 lira ie 50 euro (?!) I suppose they really didn’t want to do laundry that day. Needless to say I opted to not do laundry. Otherwise nice!

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a very unpleasant experience. The entire place is permeated with the smell of cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker, it was unbearable for me to stay there even for one night. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the reception staff were very friendly.

Small room but pleasant worse part was noise from people moving chairs on the floor as the dragging sound and voices could be heard, the doors were not on slow closing hinges so they were always slamming shut, thought breakfast would be hot but was cold cheese and breads with various packaged jams

Excellent Stay on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul

I booked this hotel for my father, who stayed for a few days on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. He was very impressed by the friendly, warm, and professional staff. He specifically wanted to send his regards to them for making his stay so enjoyable. The hotel exceeded all expectations with its excellent service, cleanliness, and overall quality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and he highly recommends this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

One of the worst place i ve ever been in Istanbul.

Super nice stuff there but i ve never been at any hotel which is too unclearly, old and uncomfortable. Never there again.

Our rooms had a weird light feature which was like a pillar. It took too much room and seemed unnecessary. On our first night prople in the next room made too much noise. We were moved to a better room without any hassles immediately. The pillows were too hard and thick. I had a sore neck every night. Staff could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. They were helpful enough but hardly saw them smile. On their website it says they have a laundry, however, guests are not allowed to use it. They launder and iron clothes for a fee. However, my clothesweren't prolerly and they were still damp when I got them. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. When requested, they provided an iron and said we needed to use the bed as an ironing board. The rooms smelt like cigarettes a little. There were ashtrays in the rooms. For around 1800 lira per night for a twin room, it was not too bad.

Terrible, I wouldn't go back if they paid me!

The check-in took ages. Only 1 receptionist spoke English. They were very unresponsive to multiple phone calls from our room. Tiny elevator, 1-2 person only that doesn't reach 6th (top) floor. Smart TV not smart, can't connect to the hotel WiFi The card reader box was faulty, made increasingly loud clicking noise akin a bomb. The reception came after we went down to explain the issue. The receptionist came, hit the box, pushed and pulled, tried another card, 2 cards at once until finally, later that night, accepted the room is not unusable (we just couldn't sleep with a loud clicking noise in the background!) and change our room The new room had a faulty shower, ants on the bedsheet (in the morning), a broken bedside drawer AND a faulty AC that made annoying clicking noises around midnight. We did enjoy the jacuzzi though and the beds were comfortable.. There are a few helpful members of staff and the hotel is close to a few supermarkets. Overall, this hotel leaves a lot to be desired, it needs proper maintenance and some better trained staff, ready to deliver on their promise. (premium business room)

Chambre propre bien agencé et moderne nous somme arrivé la nuit en 18 minutes de l’aéroport Saw mais le matin à 8h on a mis 35 minutes pour le retour. Bon hôtel propre l’assiette petit déjeuner et juste. Nous avons pris deux chambre de 3 lit la grandeur et le mobilier sont bien merci
