great located cozy boutique hotel

We booked this hotel because of the central great location, 150 meter from Blue Mosque,our room was facing the ancient wall of Hippodrome feel like in a dream, a real king size bed which is not common in Turkey ( 200-220 cm ) great staff and perfect breakfast comparing the rate that we paid it was a super deal definitelty recommend it to all

No star hotel with perfect location

We were shocked to see hotel as it was mentioned 4 star on Expedia, staff informed it's not even one star but we compromise as some staff member were nice n hotel room was clean and location was in the the heart of Sultanahmet square which is walking distance to all tourist attractions. Hotel is like a cottage.

Leuk hotel vlakbij de meeste bezienswaardigheden.

Mijn ervaring was heel goed. Heel goed ontvangen, goede uitleg van de omgeving en hele vriendelijke personeel. Ontbijt was prima, alleen wat variatie zou fijn zijn. De kamer was zeer ruim en netjes. Waterkoker aanwezig in de kamer om lekker van een kopje thee te genieten in de avond. Vlak aan de overkant was ook een speeltuin, waar mijn dochter kon spelen en heel veel restaurant op loopafstand voor lekker eten. Al met al een super goed hotel....

Avevamo scelto questo hotel perché vicino alle attrazioni più importanti di Istanbul. 150 metri e sei nella piazza Suntanhamet; Moschea Blue, AyaSofya, Obelischi, Cisterna e Topkapi si raggiungono in non più di 5 minuti a piedi. Più comodo di così..... Ahyan e Bulent, i due ragazzi alla reception, ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni di cui necessitavamo circa orari dei musei, trasporti, ristoranti, etc...

Schön und günstig

Insgesamt für den Preis ein sehr angemessen eingerichtetes Hotel mit WLAN in allen Zimmern. Auch das Frühstück (inkl. Omelett"bar") lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Einziges Manko (aber das ist wohl laut Hotelbetreiber dem Denkmalschutz zu verschulden) ist die Isolierung. Zeitweise hört man selbst die anderen Gäste auf den anderen Etagen, auch wenn diese leise reden. Jugendliche sollten also extra leise sein :)

Great location & friendly staff

The hotel location is within walking distance to all what you need to see and visit in Istanbul. Rooms are specious and updated. Food and shops are everywhere. The front desk staff are very helpful and welcoming. On multiple occasions they went above & beyond to to accommodate our needs. Breakfast is very good with very good quality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back there on our next visit. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel and stuff and GREAT location

It was a great experience in Fides Hotel - Special Class. I recommend everyone this hotel. The location is perfect, you can walk to multiple places and save your money. The stuff is awesome, they help you to have great vacation, they can arrange trips to other cities in Turkey. From my experience, they help to have fun till the last minutes. I cough a cold late night and they too care of me. The room was nice, and every day they clean it for us. They have a secure locker to put your documents and values. Stuff over there will not hesitate to help you arrange your schedule and recommend good places for you and your family. If you are looking for a GREAT location, a nice hotel, and people you can trust while you are in Turkey, I highly recommend this hotel. My family and I were blessed got this hotel and we will never book another hotel, it is always Fides Hotel - Special Class!!

Cheating

The room and the hotel were anything but great. In your list it had a 4 star rating, which means in this case no elevator, nor air conditioning, room didn't have daylight, the carpet was very dirty and the room right next to the staircase and the reception, which means that it was very noisy all the time. Without the rating I would have never booked the room!!!!!
