Problems with Hotels.com membership

The hotel has problems with extracting its payments from hotels.com. That is because it does not have membership to it any more probably. I spent a lot of time there to settle until they contacted hotels.com and get their money. It took about 3 hours maybe.

Hic memnun kalmadık kesınlıkle onermiyorum. Sifon bozuktu cop kutusu yoktu sampuan yoktu tuvalet kağıdı da aynı sekilde yoktu. Klima bozuktu ve temiz de değildi otel.

I would like to give it a ZERO review! Stair rails falling off walls, noisy hotel, reception guy sleeping on sofa, smelly drain in en-suite, no room cleaning or fresh towels. Only good thing was location as not too far from shops etc. Reception guy was friendly.

Hola. No volveremos ha hospedarnos en este hotel, mala calidad !!!! Espacio súper reducido que no cabían ni las maletas ...... higiene insuficiente..... y el baño lo peooooor!!! La ducha no tenía telefonillo !!! Nos tuvimos que duchar como si fuera una manguera y apenas salía agua. :o

Otel gerçekten çok kötü bir yerde. Klozet kapağı yoktu tuvaletimizi bile yapamadık. Duş başlığı bile yoktu. Resimler tamamen aldatmaca gerçeği ile alakası yok. Odalar tuvaletle iç içe olduğu için odada lağım kokusu var. hotels.com üzerinden rezervasyon yaptik kalmayacagimizi söyledik geri odememizi yapmadılar. Paranızı çöpe atmayın yaptıkları düpedüz dolandırıcılık uzak durun. The hotel is really in a very bad location. There wasn't a toilet seat and we couldn't even do our toilet. There wasn't even a shower head. The pictures have nothing to do with the fact that it is completely scam. There is a sewer smell in the room because the rooms are intertwined with the toilet. We made a reservation through hotels.com said we will not stay back did not make our room. Stay away from their outright scams that don't throw your money in the trash.

When I have arrived in this hotel I got different room than in the description from the website. The owner is a cheater. I was so disappointment as the owner was so unhelpfull. Room without air conditioner, very dirty and small like for an animal. I couldn't even open fully door to the bathroom. You will not believe that the room was in the backyard. I was there for 2 nights and I saw a lot of dissatisfied customer's. Please do not go there!

Hayatımda gördüğüm en berbat yer. Konumu o kadar kötü ki pencereden dışarı bakmaya korkuyorsunuz. Odalar pislik içinde. Dışarda her türlü illegal iş dönüyor. Taksiciler bile semte girmiyorlar. Odanın pisliğini anlatamam bile sinekler böcekler yatakta iğrenç lekeler banyo iğrenç ötesi. Oda o kadar küçük ki hareket edecek yer yok. Otelden gece sürekli sesler geliyor birileri girip çıkıyor sürekli. Gece aşırı tehlikeli bir ortam. Hayatımdaki en kötü ve korkunç 2 geceyi geçirdim hala sağ salim çıktığımız için dua ediyoruz. Böyle bir otel kesinlikle kapatılmalı. Korkunç ötesi bir yer tarif edemiyorum. 2 gece kalmak zorundaydık, geceleri uyuyamadık başımıza bir şey gelecek diye. Anlatılamayacak kadar kötü bir yerdi hem konum olarak hem oda olarak. Gerçekten dışarda öyle şeyler oluyor ki aklınız almaz. Aklı olan burda kalmasın.

Nie wieder!

Das Hotelzimmer , wo wir übernachtet haben entsprach nicht den Bildern im Internet. Einfach Abzocke! Kaugummi auf der Matratze geklebt(schwarze farbe mit fusseln). Kein Schrank wo wir unsere Klamotten aufhängen konnte. Keine Klimaanlage.Nichts! Im bad roch es nach Kanalisation, dieser Geruch war auch im Zimmer zu riechen.Außerdem roch es nach Schimmel,da ich Asthma habe unerträglich für mich. Ich habe für 6 Nächte gebucht und dachte das wir einem schönen Aufenthalt bekommen. Doch nach einer Nacht habe ich meine Sachen gepackt und bin in ein anderes Hotel gegangen.Es ist eine Frechheit das als Hotel zu nennen. Sowas habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie gesehen. Die Gegend oder das Stadtteil ist das schlechteste in ganz Istanbul.
