Personal am Empfang war sehr sehr Freundlich und Herzlich. Zimmerausstattung waren gut, Wasserkocher, TV, Zimmerschuhe, Safe, Kühlschrank etc. Preis-Leistung war Top! Auch die Lage ist direkt an der Metro-Stration, so dass man direkt mit der Metro überall hin kann. Ich würde aufjedenfall wiederkommen und es jedem weiterempfehlen!

Voor het prijs dat je ervoor betaald is het een prima hotel. Kamers zijn wel kleiner dan op de foto’s. Kamers zijn ook gehorig. Personeel (oudere man achter de balie) is zeer vriendelijk!

It was hard to enter the property because of the small door and hardly open it, breakfast was ok however I couldn’t breathe there and whatever were cooked it stinks to my clothes i had to change and take a shower.

Rezalet ötesi, kalacağımız odayı başkasına verdikleri için bize sizin rezervasyon blueway city de diyip gecenin köründe elimizde valizlerle yürüttükleri yetmiyormuş gibi blueway city de resepsiyonun hemen arkası, adım atacak yeri olmayan ve kapısı kapanmayan! Bir oda verdiler, gece kapısı kapanmayan bir odada kendileri de yatar mı bilmem ama hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimiydi.. Gecenin bir yarısı başka otel ayarlayıp oraya geçtik, yani valizlerle 3 otel arası mekik dokuduk. Bir de blueway historical da sizin rezervasyon blueway city de dendi, blueway city de odanızda sabah sıkıntı çıkmış ama historicalda rezervasyon dendi, insanları enayi yerine koymamanız temennisiyle..

Unser reserviertes und bezahltes Zimmer wurde an andere vergeben mit der Begründung, es war ein Fehler im System. Der Schuldige wurde entlassen, weil er unser Zimmer ohne Erlaubnis weiter vermietet hat und unsere Koffer nur teilweise in ein anderes Zimmer bringen lassen hat.

Picture is not accurate at all. Staff do not know English and are super unfriendly. We had to ask for towels 4 times and got nothing. The next morning staff were unfriendly. Breakfast is terrible. Room too small and noisy and smelly. I do not recommend this place.

Otel odasinin kapi aralari çok açik. Işikta koridorda kim var görulebiliyor. Oda ici de görulebiliyordur. Duvarlar çok ince. Yan odalari gectim. Üst katin konusmasi dahil odanin icindeydi. Yatak çok konforluydu. Oda icerisindeki ikramlar boldu. Banyo temizdi ama manuel yani ele alinabilir bir duş basligi da olmali. Sadece tepeden olmasi kullanisli olmamis. Odamin disindaki balkon, yan odaya aitti ve sigara icmek icin cikan misafirler bizim odamizin onune geliyorlardi. Balkonun bize kadar uzamasi cok sacma olmus. Rahatsizlik verici. Ayrica biz kullanamiyorduk. Bize dahil olmayan bir alanda odami izleyebilen insanlarin olmasi.... Perde koymuslar gormememiz icin yine de rahatsizlik verici. Kahvaltisi, bu standartlara göre iyiydi

Ich versuche es kurz zu fassen. In der ersten Nacht wurde ich um ca. 23.30 Uhr Ortszeit angerufen um gefragt zu werden, ob ich alleine bin im Zimmer. 2. Tag: Eine Tüte mit Asthmaspray, Schminke war weg. Bei Reklamation wurde ich gefragt, ob ich das wirklich brauche, weil ich jetzt keine Schminke trage und wo ich her komme. Auf mich ist keiner mehr zu gekommen. Als ich wieder hinging wurde gesagt "Was können wir machen?" (Geld gibt es nie zurück, aber was man hat oder anbietet kann man aus Kulanz anbieten. Deshalb meine Antwort) "Sie können mir ein Mittagessen in der Umgebung arangieren oder mich zum Flughafen kostenfrei fahren. Die Antwort: "Ich wünschte mich würden Sie auch zum Flughafen fahren." Der Zimmerservice hat mehrmals Haare nicht weggemacht. Die Fotos der schimmeligen Kissen habe ich gemacht. Am nächsten Tag hat ein Kissen wieder geschmimmelt, obwohl ich gebeten habe, dass sie ein neues bringen. Eine kleine Kakerlake gab es im Zimmer auch einmal. Das war deren Meinung nach nur ein Käfer, aber ich kenne die Türkei und habe diese Wesen schon mal gesehen. Mir wurde auch mehrmals gesagt, ich sei ein Ausländer dort und keine Türkin, was nichts mit meinem Hotelaufenthalt dort zu tun hat. Denn ich bin Gast und keine Nationalität dort. Über das Bett habe ich mich auch beschwert, weil es weich war und das Billigste vom Billigen. Ich habe auch ein Paar Tage später gehört wie sich ein Mann über sein Bett beschwert hat. Ich kann ehrlich gesagt mit allem Leben, nur nic

This should not be 4 stars hotel it just motel not even hotel very small entrances like basement for Grage we try to booking other hotel once we arrive in the area but all were fully booked

Dışarıdan nereye geldim desenizde, içinin ve odalarının dizaynı iyi. Oda küçük ama yatağın tam karşısında koca bir tv güzel olmuş... Hijyende ortalamanın üstündeydi.. Yeride kolay, metroya 1 dk... Kahvaltı çok standart, özel hiçbirşey beklemeyin. Ama genel olarak memnun ayrıldım. Karşılama falan güzeldi.. Memnun kaldım.
