When we entered, we realised it was not the same rooms as pictures and on booking confirmation, we had 2 double beds, 2 single and 2 sofa settee for 5 people but there was 2 double and 1 settee. Upon asking we were told this is it. Rooms were clean but toilets were unbearable stinky (probably tiles glue) and toilet was not fixed with the floor so it was shaky. One day for few hours there was no water and no warning was given in advance. Second room with no window, opened in a storage room which door couldnt be locked which was unsafe. View from first room window is old broken building with large commercial bin in front where they can come at 2 in the night to collect which is noisy. Staff was nice and polite and helpful. I beleive with a bit of effort this place can be a better place as this is in the hub.

Nice hotel in quieter side street

Nice hotel, with local style room. Conveniently situated and down a quieter side street. Room and bathroom was decently sized. Location for reaching all the local attractions was great! Staff helpful.

Worst experience ever. We were taken to another building in the 4 floor without elevators. All dirty, hot and bad conditions. Room too little. It has not had a proper shower. Please avoid this place.

This hotel is a scam! My room was located in an underground basement filled with mold, no electricity, no air conditioning. The front door to my room was missing the door knob. The bed sheets seemed to be unwashed. I checked out the second I saw the room and they would offer me a refund.

Horrible.. Be aware !!!!

Horrible. We book 1 hotel and they took us to an adjoining hotel. See pictures. We could not stay. Management said they are booked nothing else available. I would not send my worse enemy there...we arrived there about 2am.. we spoke to management which was a waste of time... we booked another hotel and left. We called hotel.com and tried to get a refund and they said the hotel said NO.. so. We paid about 1500.00usd for a few hours... they say pictures tell a thousand words. See them. I poster all. Hope they show it and dont delete them. .. as i said Horrible. Horrible.. horrible!!!

Mauvaise expérience avec cette hôtel, HORRIBLE. J’ai l’habitude d’aller à Istanbul et c’est la première fois que je tombe sur des chambres dans cet état. Rien ne va avec cette hôtel si ce n’est la gentillesse du réceptionniste qui m’a accueillie mais qui m’a fait attendre car il y avait des clients mécontent. Il y a un manque d’organisation et de personnel qualifié. C’est pas normal de ne pas avoir une chambre qui ressemble aux images sur le site ! Sous prétexte d’avoir une chambre économique (ce que le gérant de l’hôtel ressort comme argument) c’est normal de ne pas avoir de vue …. Mais il y a une différence entre pas une belle vue et pas de vue au point de ne pas pouvoir aérer la chambre le matin! Aussi si je dois parler de l’état générale de la chambre c’est catastrophique, chambre économique ne veut pas dire chambre délabré, avec des trous et des fils électriques dangereux. Et des portes, murs et plafond dans un état d’abandon. Le nettoyage a l’air d’avoir été fait avant mon arrivée mais pas professionnel. Et surtout l’était du linge de lit sont clairement douteux. Malgré tout cela j’ai quand même pris sur moi et j’ai accepté la chambre. Mais à la deuxième nuit j’ai eu des mauvaises surprises dans la salle de bain. J’ai eu l’horreur de trouver de nombreuses limaces dans la salle de bain. J’ai pas réussi à dormir après avoir vu ça. J’ai donc quitté l’hôtel le matin et la gérante m’a fait payer 2 nuits au lieu des 4 programmées. Merci Expedia pour l’aide apportée.

Insalubre, sale et photo mensongère…

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, bien sûr dans la description il y avait bien mentionné que la chambre était situé au sous-sol. Et lorsque nous nous sommes présenté, la hôte nous a proposé une chambre avec une fenêtre dans le bâtiment annexe or lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur le lieux la chambre était insalubre (problème de moisissure, humidité, saleté avec des cheveux sur les draps, des taches de pipi non lavés et une forte odeur d’humidité). Lorsque nous sommes repartis voir la hôte, elle nous a proposé la chambre au sous-sol pour laquelle nous avions réservé et lorsque nous l’avons visité, nous avions rencontré le même problème que celui de la chambre annexe. Honnêtement la vie des clients est en danger. J’ai pris des vidéos et photos que je souhaite vous faire parvenir. Merci J’ai du reprendre un autre hôtel et je veux me faire rembourser car la hôte a refusé et nous a clairement indiqué de voir avec vous et non eux. Les hôtels comme celui-ci met en péril votre réputation au vis à vis de votre clientèle. Les photos sont totalement mensongères!!!!

Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Leider muss ich sagen das ich es überhaupt nicht empfehlen kann. Wir wurden daraufhin runter zum Keller gebracht die Böden waren kapput Kabeln lagen aufm Boden quer Rum in jeder Ecke lagen alte Möbel, lacken, sowie auch kaputte Schränke. Ich kann es überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen das dieses Hotel dennoch so viele Sterne bekommt denn auf diese Rezensionen habe ich mich verlassen es ist mehr als eine katastrophe.Ich habe Economy zimmer gebuht, aber nicht Untergeschoss ( KELLER )
