Otele gittiğimizde mühürlü olduğunu öğrendik.hala ücret iadesi bekliyorum.bu otelde kalamayacağımızı anladığımızda yine sizin sitenizde olan all season otelden yer aldık. Orada da konaklamadık otel şartları diyerek bizi geri cevirdiler.ve halen oradan alamadığım ama ucretini ödediğim paramin iadesini bekliyorum.2 hizmet 2 rezalet.

It was very bad .leak from the sink when I called the reciptionist the response was if you don't like you can leave the hotel then I wait 12 hours to maintain it .there is also no cleaning service daily unless you made check out .also lift was stopped 2 times in 2 days stay.
