Cok Memnun Kaldik

Esim ve 5 aylik bebegimiz ile 4 gun konakladik. Otelin manzarasi yoktu ancak odanin konforu ve dizayni cok iyiydi. Kahvalti guzel ve otel calisanlari gayet nazikti. Odanin jakuzisi olmasina cok sasirdik ve sevindik. Sonuc olarak oteli cok begendik ve gelecek Istanbul seyahatimiz de de Art Deco Suites oteli tercih edecegiz.

Mottagandet på hotellet var under all kritik, från suckandet av killen som tog våra väskor till avsaknad av enegelska kunskaper hos kvälls/natt personalen gjorde att vårt första intryck blev mycket dåligt. Det saknades t.ex. en propp till badkaret men i.o.m. bristande engelska kunskaper hos alla på hotellet vid den tidpunkten (runt klockan 19 en fredag) gick det inte att fixa, blev tipsade om att vi kunde hålla händerna för så skulle vatten stanna... Vi ville gå ut och äta, men hotellet ligger inte nära några resturanger och eftersom det inte gick att få någon hjälp med att hitta någonstanns blev det inte mycket av den kvällen. Frukosten är inget att rekomendera, de har goda simit, men det finns över hela Istanbul så ingen idé att betala överpris för det här. Under lördagen fick vi tag på personal som både kunde engelska och som var väldigt serviceinriktade, gav oss mycket hjälp med hur vi skulle ta oss dit vi ville. Dessa verkade jobba dagtid så anländer ni under dagen så kommer ni säkerligen få helt andra intryck än vad vi fick. Poolen de har var väldigt mysig, vi simmade en del och det var mycket uppskattat, bastun fick vi inte igång och att be om hjälp kändes meningslöst då vi var där under kvällstid. När det gäller städningen har vi inga synpunkter, men det var fettfläckar på tapeterna vilket inte är vad vi förväntade oss. Inget som sänkte men när man redan fått dåliga intryck så väger sådant tyngre.

広くて，静かできれいだけと使い勝手がいまいち

窓の外は隣の壁で何も見えなくて薄暗い代わりに，車や早朝にモスクから流れてくる音に悩まされることもなく，静かでした。地下鉄の4.Leventから近くて交通の便は良いです。治安は良かったですが，薄暗い路地の奥まったところにあるので，少人数で夜に初めて行くと不安を感じるようなところでした。客室は，スイートタイプなので2部屋有っても，1部屋はキッチン？しかない無駄なスペースで，ベッドルームとの仕切りにドアがありません。しかも，この部屋の照明のスイッチは入口側にしかないので，そこまで行かないと照明を消すことができません。いすはあっても机はありませんし，ゴミ箱はベッドから一番遠いトイレのところに一つしか無いとか，バスタブが浅いタイプなのに寝そべるどころか足を伸ばせないくらい狭いとか，戸惑う作りでした。

Cosy hotel and good service.

The hotel is located close to the train station 4Levent. The hotel looks very clean and cosy. the staff working there are friendly, but they dont speak very good english, so is dificult to comunicate with some of them. Very good breakfast and the cleaning is perfect.

Good place to stay, near Taksim and station 4. levent, two supermarkets nearby and shopping center. You can ask for kettle - it is for free. Breakfast is 30 YTL or 10 EUR, but worth to pay for it.

Prachtig hotel met uitstekende service

Het hele hotel was prachtig ingericht, sauna en zwembad waren ook perfect. De ligging was goed, en de service ook perfect, als we ergens om vroegen werd het meteen geregeld. Het meest opvallend was het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel en ze waren altijd bereid mee te denken of te helpen, geweldig!
