The hotel is very good situated very close to the tram, mosque and bazaar. Bathroom tub very dangerous. But overall staff is very friendly.

Its stated free parking it isn't. We have to park 2km away from the hotel. I booked for double bed which can fit 3pax and from the picture theres sofa bed .. but got twin bed instead with no sofa paid extra for nothing. Stated blacon with city view. But we get no balcon with full of wall blocking our window. And sound proofed stated?? But i can hear next door taking shower with their tv on! No water were given in the room.. must ask and they only give us a bottle of 500ml. That's it! The drinking glass is dirty never washed! The toilet smell of sewage. And when ask for things.. the grumpy old women will give you the looked. They said wifi password in the room.. which we can't find any. Checked in at 9pm.. and ask for late check out, not available..(disapointed) Breakfast was so simple.. nothing extra.. not even extra drinks. Not even juice or fresh milk for my 3years old son. Very sleazy hotel.

Jag bodde hos olika hotell i mitt liv men jag har aldrig bott hos sånt hotell.allt var jätte dålig.jag rekommenderar inte någon som kommer uppleva/få dålig känsla som jag. Drivaren var grinig, personaler ger dålig service.t.ex man vågar inte fråga ifall man får ett glas vatten p.g.a personalen blir griniga. Städningen var jätte dålig.ingen Bytte påslakan som var slitna,smutsiga. Man undrar faktiskt om drivaren är inte nöjda med sitt jobb, personalen är inte nöjda med sitt jobb varför ägaren tar in kunder från Expedia, varför personaler fortsätter jobba där. Man får känsla som om ingen jobbar där som vill se dig där på hotellet.

Wir waren für 10 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist top definitiv sehr zentral. Aber dass Hotel sehr schlecht. Zimmer sehr klein, unhygienisch, sehr hell hörig, Fenster gehen nicht zu. Bad ist ekelhaft. Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen.

Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Geweldig personeel, je kon er alles vragen en dan hielpen ze je ook als het kon. Jammer van het ontbijt, iedere morgen kreeg je een bord met hetzelfde, het was geen lopend buffet. En bij Expedie staat dat er balkons zijn, maar die zijn er niet, maar dat is niet hun fout, maar van Expedia

Close to Sofia, blue mosque , metro and cistern .

The hotel was below my expectations . Molds around the tub.Shower head leaking and were told that it will be repaired but never happened, TV didn't even worked. No telephone in room so you go down to desk to ask for toilet paper etc. staff 95 % of them didn't speak English. Food handling was unsanitary we ended up with GI problems. Wished Expedia see these places before you book your customers.

Perfect location, bad bed linens, no view from window, dark room, 3 light bulbs from 4 didn't work and you can hear everything from nearest room. Airconditioning didn't work
