It is a nice place to stay quiet clean nice staff very helpful, and it's convenient for transportation close to the Blue Mosque, shops this is my second time that I stayed at this place and I do recommend it to other.

Beautiful hotel with great spa, gym and swimming pool. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. And the location is excellent! Within walking distance of everything you want to see and visit in Istanbul. We loved our stay and will be going back again. Highly recommend for families with children.

The hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was amazing, just a seven minute walk to the mistrial centre on Istanbul. We would definitely stay here again. They even had a free sauna and cold pool for us to use.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, lots of restaurants, shops within walking distance… Metro & Tramway within walking distance. Breakfast was awesome… we had a very nice view of the square. Hotel very safe and quiet rooms! Will definitely stay here again!

They had an issue the first day of our stay, but fixed it right away. Offered us transportation to the airport for the inconvenience. Staff very nice. Best of the hotel is staff and location. Our room was very very small. Worst was breakfast. EXPEDIA, however, sucks.

Nice place to stay in the heart of Sultanahmet

We enjoyed our stay, breakfast was very good and rich, coffee machine, tea etc…staff was professional, hotel close to everything, it was an ideal place to stay. One negative thing is that I booked a room with city view and I got a window facing a wall.

Overall a great stay. The hotel is nice and in a convenience location, staff is helpful and courteous. I didn’t get to use the Hamam and gym but it looked nice. My only complaint is that the blankets on the bed are small so for the double it’s difficult to share.

The water in the swimming pool was extremely cold, making it impossible to swim. During my entire 4-night stay, I didn’t see anyone using the pool for the same reason. I reported this issue, but no action was taken. The steam room was also out of service for all 4 nights. We specifically paid a higher room rate because the property advertised a swimming pool and steam room, but neither was usable. I also have children, and the main reason we booked this hotel was because they were excited to swim every evening — but they couldn’t use the pool at all due to the temperature. The lights in the lobby were always off, and it was very dark every time we returned to the hotel in the evening. It didn’t feel inviting or welcoming. As we checked out, we were unexpectedly asked to pay for the water we drank in the room. This charge was never mentioned to us before or during our stay, which was quite disappointing. The rooms are quite small, and overall I feel the hotel is overpriced for what we received. On the positive side, the staff were great, the location is convenient, and housekeeping did a very good job. Breakfast was decent, but it would be better if they added fried eggs as an option.

The stay in the hotel was unsuccessful. The cooling in the condition is very bad. The room is very small. The breakfast is quite acceptable. The location of the hotel is very good. But I don't recommend it.

Exceptional service, such kind staff and cleaners. You’re very well taken care of. Very clean, excellent and safe location a few min walk from the Mosques and bazaar as well as a main strip with restaurants, shops, salons, Shisha lounges etc. definitely try the Ortaklar restaurant across the road it’s amazing especially the hummus! Breakfast could have more variety, rooms are a little small but cosy, gym is basic, and can get noisy as it’s so central. Overall loved the stay though and the benefits far outweigh the criticism.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very close to historic old city, main attractions within walking distance, many options for coffee, dining. Just know, standard rooms are pretty small, which is fine if you are coming for just a short visit. We came for 2 weeks and had to upgrade to a larger room. Also know, all rooms have a very small closet and no drawers to put clothes away (we had to use third bed in our room for that), which is ok for a short stay. Bathrooms were kind of small, but comfy with good hot shower, and water pressure, no problems with plumbing at all. Rooms and hotel are pretty clean, and cleaning ladies were wonderful and very sweet! Breakfast buffet was pretty good, nice coffee machine with all different options, eggs, cereal, salads, cheeses and local cold cuts, fruits, breads and pastries, nuts, deserts, juices. Hotel has a small, basic gym, small pool, sauna, and a steam room that we used. Overall, pleasant stay at the hotel, thank you!

Extremely helpful guest services staff, especially for someone who didn’t do enough pre trip planning. The only thing that would make it better would be if they had personally experienced more of the tours being promoted. Overall a very enjoyable stay!!!
