Hotel ist gut gelegen. Straßenbahn vor der Tür man kommt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb 9 Minuten hin. Frühstück Büfett sehr mager. Frühstücksraum im Winter sehr kalt. Die Zimmerwände sind sehr dünn. Leider bekommen sie viel mit was so in anderen Zimmer besprochen oder ausgeübt wird.

Do not stay here or even consider booking this hotel!!! Rooms are dirty, staff is rude. I checked in for an hour and immediately requested a cancellation. They made me wait for an hour to see my room and I immediately left. It’s a mess, no parking, old and dirty rooms, old bathrooms, stained towels and bedsheets. The block is so crowded and there’s no street parking or hotel parking. No one speaks English and the staff demands tips, extremely unprofessional. I regret it the moment I stepped into my room.

Séjour horrible dans cet hôtel. Le personnel vraiment pas accueillant et même mal poli. Ils nous ont proposé une autre chambre mais quasi insalubre. Propreté 0 je déconseille fortement

the Hotel is centrally located and very close to the tram. The room was a bit small but clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was decent. I would stay there again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially front desk Omar always went the extra mile to help and assist ud with any queries we had relating to out trip and how to find places in Istanbul. Unfortunately our flight was firstly delayed from Heathrow airport due to a technical issue on the aircraft by over 4 hours, but later was cancelled, we had booked a package and were scheduled to be picked up by airport shuttle and dropped at All Seasons Hotel for 13/03/2020, but we not going to arrive until 6am on 14/02/2020, we had to contact expedia whom then contacted All Seasons Hotel to explain our check in would be in the early hours the following day due to the inconveniance caused bu our flight with Turkish airlines, Enber at front desk eas very understanding and made adjustments for us to check in the following morning. The staff provided us with an outstanding and exceptional service, room and en suite was clean and breakfast buffet had a wide range and variety of food and drink to offer, the manager also is around in the lobby area at meal time, making sure guests get everything and are happy with their breakfast. Weve stayed at many hotels but have to say this was the best experience. We highly recommend All Seasons Hotel. Loved our stay there top quality... will be staying there again for sure! 👍👌

Отель явно не тянет на 4 звезды. В отелях с 3 звездами обслуживание порой лучше, чем в этом отеле. В основном из того что испортило впечатление это маленький номер, хотя на этапе бронирования показывали другие квадратные метры номера. Также здесь не приносят в номер воду, чай, сахар и тапочки. Персонал не особо приветливый.

In the heart of the city

Close to the local market and public transport The only thing we don’t like they don’t refill the coffee every morning when the room service is cleaning the room otherwise the hotel is perfect 👌

Most Terrible experience

It was the wrost hotel I've ever experienced. Dirty and old facility. Rude and aggressive attidue of staffs. They even negotiate for complimentary water (At first, they charged! When I complaint it, they said it's free later). NEVER GO THERE!

It is a Scam not 4 stars at best would be 2 stars

I stayed in this hotel between May 29 and June 3, first the staff on the front desk is useless and unfriendly from the first time they make you feel like you're bothering them, The hotel shows as 4 stars it is a scam it is not even 3 stars...don't trust the pictures, I want to hire the photographer who made this pictures he would be able to make my girl friend looks like miss world.....rooms are very small, bed very narrow and very short even for what they call king size....there is plenty of hotels around it that are less expensive and a lot better. this is the worst hotel I have ever been and I traveled to more than 30 countries, I have stayed in 2 stars hotels that are more comfortable......in short don't stay here...it is a scam to list this hotel as 4 stars.

Klein, fein aber ...

Angenehm gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Das Personal ist nett und das gebuchte Frühstück war gut. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Tram, mit der man sehr schnell ins Zentrum kommt. Leider war der Fahrstuhl sehr nervig. Das Hotel hat fünf Stockwerke und der Fahrstuhl geht logischerweise fast ununterbrochen. Wenn man also ein Zimmer weit weg vom Fahrstuhl bucht, ist dieses Hotel für einen Kurztripp nach Istanbul zu empfehlen.

Nice hotel but airport transport was a ripoff

The rooms and beds were nice, the breakfast buffet as well as anyone can expect and the staff friendly. The location is close to public transportation and you feel safe in the neighborhood - which has some cheap and good restaurants. The hotel doesn’t have city maps, which I find strange. They provide airport transportation, which we took on our way home, BUT, when we asked for the price they said 60 - which we of course thought was in Liras (since we had taken another car earlier that week to a wedding, where the price was in Liras), but when the car came it was suddenly in Euros. I am convinced that they do that, so people can’t do anything at the time, since they have a plane to catch - so be aware of the currency when asking for a price.
