Stay away don’t get fooled by pictures they list as 4 star charge as 5 star actually 2 star should be Maximim $18. Dollars per night, low lighting 15wat, you cant see much, shower clogged water all the way to ankle, i pad less price to real 5 star hotel, save your money, he writes his own reviews under different names for sure

it is cold here

Room was cold. I travelled in Winter and the room was cold. I spent all my day outside in cold and rain and even when I got back to my hotel, the room was cold and shower water was cold too. safe box did not work and they could not replace it on time. at first room was clean. I stayed there for 5 days, in between when I asked for cleaning, they did a poor job.

This hotel is in a very dirty and unsafe neighborhood. The street Infront of the hotel is very narrow and crowded. The area is very unsafe and dirty. After we were checked in at the front desk, we went to the room. We were told that the room is none smoking which wasn’t true. Not only the room was smelled horrible, but it was also not cleaned too. There was nothing inside the bathroom. I mean no towels or other amenities. There was a supper dirty kettle on the table. When we informed the front desk, we were told that they have no room available until next day. Next morning when we woke up, there was no drop of water in the bathroom, when we called the front desk, we were told that there is no water in the tire area so there’s nothing they could do. It was one of the worst experiences I had in Istanbul. Our reservation was for three nights but I had to leave without any refund for the next two nights that I have paid but didn’t stay there

my belongings were stolen in 10 minutes i left the room to the reception.. the front desk gave the key of my room to the service person who entered the room and took my accessories which contained a gold ring and a silver bracelet.. my friend entered the room and was shocked to find him in the room putting things in his pocket.. we made complaints to the front desks.. they all escaped.. the camera recorded his entrance to the room at 3 am in the morning..

Pleasant stay

As I visited this same hotel other 3 times in the past, I can make an objective comparison. Other times was impeccably clean, this time a subtle (yet remanent) cigarette smell was present in the room. I remember this hotel has excellent breakfast. This time, due to Coronavirus, breakfast was cancelled. TV with no signal, fortunately WIFI signal was excellent. Also, the private parking worth a lot. Essentially, a pleasant stay, but not extraordinary. I hope that next time, after the Coronavirus crisis will be gone, they will came back to provide the excellent services , as I know they can do

Budget transit hotel

The area is centrally located and convenient to the main tourist attractions, which are easily accessible by tram. We booked a triple room which was tiny for a family. There's no space for luggage but we happened to be transiting overnight. Continental buffet breakfast was mainly eggs, cold cuts and vegetables. Sufficient for a transit hotel but definitely not for a longer stay.

Unless you are skint don't go here, it's not a hotel it's more like a hostel. And how it's rated 3 star I will never know. Also I booked a room for 4 nights by mistake which I agree is my fault. However within 2 minutes of realising what I had done I called to explain and was only refunded one night instead of the full two. Robbery!! Food was not good to be honest in my opinion I would not go here again and if you have kids stay away. The noise is outrageous!!

Nous pensions être dans le quartier de Fathi, ce qui n'était pas le cas. Pas très clair dans l'annonce. Mais situation géographique proche de tous les lieux importants à visiter, et la ligne de tramway pas loin. Hôtel qui ne mérite aucune étoile. Moquette du sol de la chambre très sale. Mobilier sommaire, vieux et abimé. Mais literie confortable. Salle de bain sans aucun confort, rien pour poser nos trousses de toilette. L'aspirateur n'a pas été passé de la semaine. Pas de poubelle dans la chambre. Pas de café mais du nescafé au petit déjeuner, pas de fruit ni de jus de fruit mais un liquide qui ressemble à une poudre dans de l'eau. Le 2e soir, en rentrant, nous avons eu la surprise de voir qu'on avait déménagé nos affaires dans une autre chambre pendant notre absence. Il nous manquait nos t.shirts de nuit restés accrochés derrière la porte et notre gel douche (que nous avons récupéré après 2 j de réclamation). Pour les T shirts, une personne de la réception nous a dit qu'on pourrait en retrouver sans peine au marché. Aucune excuse de la part du directeur, par ailleurs hautain et arrogant qui n'a aucun respect pour les clients. Il braille au lieu de parler. A noter quand même la gentillesse et le professionnalisme d'un jeune employé à la réception. La 2e chambre que l'on a récupérée avait une belle vue, mais un balcon très sale, avec plein de miettes de pain. Apparemment pas nettoyé depuis très longtemps. En bref, une horreur cet hôtel.

Het begon slecht. onze kamer was reeds bezet door een ander gast, die een nacht langer wilde blijven, terwijl mijn boeking 3 maanden geleden geboekt en betaald was. wij kregen een kamer bij een ander hotel aan de overkant van de straat. deze hotel was zeker niet goed, ook als was het voor 1 nacht. We kregen heel veel excuses van de manager en vroeg ons begrip. Verder was het hotel goed voor een 3 sterren en geen 4 sterren. personeel sprak lsecht engels maar wel verstaanbaar. ontbijt was ieder dag hetzelfde.
