Affordable and in a great location. The downside is that the music next door is quite loud and goes really late. Also the air conditioner was broken.

The front desk person. His name is Fatih He was very helpful. He suggests many tours he was right on the money. His personality was great because of him. I do recommend this hotel . other young guy. I’m sorry for forgot his name because these two guys we had a wonderful time . thank you very much.

Ok, sharing my experience to help others. First of all, if you are a person who prefers quiet and peaceful place, this hotel isn’t for you. It’s surrounded by bars and restaurants. Starting at evening until 4am you will be hearing loud music and noises, so say bye to sleep, but if you’re a person who likes hanging out at bars at night and take nap during the day, this is for you. Second of all, the rooms are tiny (at least mine which was one single bed) with limited space to put your stuff. Third, the staff are very friendly and nice, but not attentive to guests’ needs; I requested a cleaning service to my room at reception and even left the door sign to “Service” for couple of days, but nobody came. But, the area is metropolitan, a lot of restaurants nearby, variety of shops available , close to Galata tower and bridge, one min walk to Istiklal St, which was my fav place to go for a walk in the evening. Overall, it was a mixed of both good and unpleasant experience.

Für Familen ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Sehr klein und sehr alt . Sehr laut . Leider, hat es mir überhaupt nicht gefallen aber die Lage ist Klasse.Das Hotel muss komplett renoviert werden

Leider sind wir in einer richtigen Partymeile gelandet und unter unserem Hotel waren mindestens ein Dutzend Bars, die bis 4:00 Uhr morgens laute Musik spielten. Somit ist ein entspannter Schlaf sogar mit Ohrstöpseln unmöglich. Empfangen wurden wir sehr kalt von einem etwas älteren Portier. Das versprochene WLAN hat im Zimmer gar keinen Empfang gehabt nur in der Lobby. Der desinteressierte Portier, hat uns auch nicht geholfen. Auf dem Weg zu unserem Zimmer gab es ein Riesenloch im Teppich, welches wir immer durch springen überwunden haben, um nicht zu stolpern. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Zimmerservice gab es nur nach Aufforderung, welches dann auch vergaß den Müll zu leeren. Das zersprungene Fenster im Bad, lies sich nur schwer schließen. In einer der Fliesen gab es sogar Schimmel. Zwei Tage vor Abreise wurden wir ganz unhöflich vom Hotelportier gefragt, „wann wir denn abreisen würden.“ ein Blick in seinen Computer hätte gereicht, ohne uns fragen zu müssen. Das war an Frechheit, nicht zu überbieten. Wir uns überhaupt nicht willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr düftig und ohne Tomaten, Gurken und Orangensaft, wie es auf den Bildern im Internet beworben wurde. Wir mussten uns auf unbequeme Barhocker setzen, um in einer dunklen Bar-Ecke zu frühstücken. Wir haben uns dann entschieden, nur noch in der Stadt zu frühstücken. Istanbul ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit viel Geschichte. Gerne wieder aber auf keinem Fall in diesem Hotel. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht!
