This is a boutique hotel on Bagdat street, in the heart of the high-end retail and business district on the Asian side of Istanbul. The rooms are small, but comfortable, more suitable for business travel, or short-term stays. The staff was polite, and helpful, with a nice lobby area, and cafe, off to the side. The heater/air conditioner was noisy, and I needed to turn it off to get a restful sleep. If they were able to solve this issue, I would have given a higher score. Elevator is small, but stairway is off to the side and easy to walk if desired. It is easy to walk the main street, Starbucks is one block away, along with many other local coffee shops and restaurants.

The room was terrible, the curtains are out of the rail . When you open the window you see a dirty dusty fire escape staircase 10 cm away from the window, which supposed to be a balcony. I reserved a deluxe twin room with a balcony. They gave us the horrible room with a view of fire escape staircase. They refused to change the room, they refused to cancel my reservation I found another hotel, did not stay in this hotel and pay for a whole week.

Don’t book this hotel!!!

The worst stay ever , unprofessional staff without any understanding of service . The hotel is overrated and the price is too high for what they offer . The staff is hopeless , not educated and having breakfast at the same time with the guests. The breakfast was cold and they have only 3 in 1 Nescafé’s coffee. We were waiting for a receptionist while had check in because she went for grocery. Another thing about the single beds in this terrible solace , it’s just unbelievable but they have kids single beds for adults.

L hotel a fermé ses portes un soir à cause d un incident et quand vous arrivez à 22h les affaires de tous les clients sont dehors et AUCUNE solution de remplacement n est proposée. Vous devez un samedi soir chercher un hotel et un taxi à vos frais en plus. La Direction et le personnel de l hotel s en foutent. J appelle Hotel.com et on tombe sur des gens qui se tournent les pouces. Bref à EVITER

Odanin icine parkelere kadar her yer su doldu bunlar temizlemezler odayi da degistirmezler pisligin icinde yatmayalim deyip kendi kendime havlularla suyu almaya calistim. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum, Yatak rahatsız, yastıkları çok kötü durumda, bell boy yoktur. Bağdat caddesi dibinde bulunan en kötü otel ve odalarda çok ses geliyor. Sabah sabah cam kenarı inşaat çalışması başladı

Gayet iyiydi.

Otelde üç gün kaldım, gerçekten her şey iyiydi. Kahvaltısı doyurucuydu. Otel temizlik olarak da iyiydi. Personel güleryüzlüydü. Resepsiyondaki Candan Hanım işini layığıyla yapıyor. Her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Kendisine bir kez daha teşekkür ediyoruz. Otelin böyle çalışanlarının olması bence artı değer katıyor. Merkezi konumda olması da ayrıca güzel. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Merhaba balkonlu deluxe iki kisilik odada kaldik. Balkon yandaki yikilmis binanin bos arazisine denk geliyordu. Sanirim bu konuda yapacaklari birsey yok. Oda temizdi ancak buz dolabi bostu ne bir alkol ne bir soda hicbirsey yoktu sadece masa ustune kettle yanina konmus iki sise su ve paket cay kahve vardi standart, yemek icin disaridan soyleyebiliriz mutfak calismiyor dediler caddede oldugumuz icin siparisi beklemek yerine disarida yemeye karar verdik umarim kafe sorunu biran once cozulur. Aksam da spada randevumuz vardi. Havlu yerine bornoz olsaydi spadan direkt mayo uzeri bornozla odaya cikabilir odada dus alabilirdik yeniden giyinmek durumunda kaldik. Yinede tesekkur ederiz. 10/7
