Very dirty eyes, I asked the staff for 3 days to wash the bird droppings from the windows, I was only met with aggression from the receptionist, she blocked me on Whatsapp, thanks to which I could contact the staff The gym is in terrible condition. The sauna is inoperable. The pool is filthy. The building's parking lot has been converted into an abandoned warehouse after renovations! There are no kitchen facilities, even though it's a studio apartment. Towels are only provided for one person, even though two people are registered. I REALLY ADVISE AGAINST STAYING IN THIS BIG MESH!!!💩🚽

Necesita renovaciones!

El hotel es demasiado antiguo y necesita una remodelación completa, ventanas que no cierran bien y baños con muy mal olor. El espacio de la habitación es muy amplio, con cocina, sofá cama y cama muy amplia y cómoda, eso es un plus comparado con otros hoteles de la zona.

ビーチには近いが反対側に移動遊園地が有り昼間は休園していて夜の８時(まだ明るい)から人出が有り夜中の12時過ぎまで大音量のダンスミュージックがなって眠れなかった‼️２月の終わりまで続くらしいので、その様なディスコミュージックが好きな人以外は予約をキャンセルしないとひどい目に逢う！最終日に飛行場への車の手配を頼んだが、空港専用のはバスは来なくて、無線タクシーを呼んでギリギリ飛行機に間に合った‼️　受付カウンターにいたブルースと言う男の社員は即刻解雇すべきだと思う。飛行機は定刻に出る事を想定して物事を進めるべきだが彼にはその気持ちが一切なかった、私がスペインが話せたので良かったが日本語と英語しか話せない人はここに泊まってはいけない❗南米には結構長く滞在しているがこんなひどいホテルは一度も無かった❗

Lean mi COMENTARIO, les va servir MUCHO

HABITACIÓN, limpia y muy ordenada, cama rica y con ganas de no salir de ella, lo único MALO es la aislacion, es HORRIBLE, no te dejan DORMIR, los ruidos exteriores, un perro a las 2am, los autos que pasan (en todo horario) y el camión de la basura te dejan pegado en el techo (y eso que estuve en el piso 15), peleas callejeras se escuchan como si estuvieran en la habitación. DESAYUNO, horrible no tienen ninguna variación, repiten todos los días lo mismo, y no es nada fuera de lo común. ESTACIONAMIENTO, atroz tienen para 10 autos aprox. y si te quedaste sin cupo, te mandan a estacionarte afuera sobre la VEREDA. PERSONAL, muy gentiles hay que reconocerlos, siempre muy dispuestos para hacerte sentir cómodo, desde los guardias, mucamas, recepción y personas del Restorant. ROOM SERVICE, el mejor de la vida, al igual que toda la carta que ofrecen en el Restorant, probamos durante 1 semana todos los platos y son 100% recomendados. Y lo ULTIMO, para los que les gusta tomar un TÉ, olvídense de pasar una buena experiencia aquí, tienen una tacita que con 2 sorbos se acaba, y cuando pides otro o alguna tetera para repetirse, te cobran por unidad, $2.000.- por cada uno. Y cuál es la solución que te dan “vaya a la copec de la esquina le dan más y sale más barato”. Si me preguntan “te quedarías nuevamente aquí, SERÍA MI ÚLTIMA OPCIÓN.

No me gustó el área del hotel, al lado de éste un circo instalado con bastante ruido. Terrazas bastante maltrechas por el óxido. Toallas viejas y algunas con manchas. El velo de la cama matrimonial tenía detalles como descocido, se veía claramente al acostarse y levantarse de la cama. Al ir a tomar desayuno por el costado de la piscina, única vía posible, un mal olor como a pescado. Pajaritos volando en el salón del comedor en busca de comida. El sistema shower door del baño principal, pésimo. Salía el agua de la ducha y el primer día ésta salió hasta el pasillo, fuera del baño. Teníamos que usar ducha del baño más pequeño y me pegaba en los codos a cada rato. No tenía implementos adecuados y suficientes para cocinar. Vista al mar pero con un edificio de departamentos al frente de nuestra ventana.

Terrado Club un hotel mal aprovechado.

No tenían mi reserva de Hoteles.com, solo la respetaron porque tenían una habitación disponible, ¡la única!, falta mantención, un ascensor no funciona, en la habitación una lámpara de escritorio no funcionaba, la puerta del showerdoor se introducía hacia la ducha, se mojaba el piso. El personal muy atento, amable y servicial, pero nada solucionaron. Las instalaciones son excelentes, se podrían aprovechar mucho mejor.

Primera y última vez

Un verdadero fiasco el hotel. Las instalaciones en general son viejas, en especial el ascensor el cual se mueve para todos lados y no hay a la vista ninguna etiqueta de mantenimiento. La habitación que me toco fue peor, ya que estaba aledaña a otra habitación con terraza en En conversaron hasta las 2 de la mañana y los ventanales no aíslan casi nada el ruido. A eso le debo sumar que él va lo era como entrar a un pozo séptico ya que el olor a alcantarilla era evidente y bien pasoso. La guinda de la torta fue con los estacionamientos: tienen muy reducidos estacionamientos, a pesar que indican que tienen sin indicar la salvedad que son muy pocos. Finalmente el auto lo debí dejar en la calle y la expresión del tipejo del hotel fue: déjelo ahí afuera pero nosotros no nos hacemos responsables... Lo bueno del hotel es: ubicacion, cama y desayuno, lo demás para el olvido. Debut y despedida para Terrado.

En general, fue buena la estadía. Me parece que el Hotel debe mejorar o agregar: 1. Servicio de ascensores, es mucha la espera para su uso (hay uno sin habilitar) 2.- Comodidad en baño, dado falta repisa para poner artículos como: cepillos, cremas, perfume, etc) La tina es muy incomoda y peligrosa con vidrios plegables, especialmente para adultos mayores. Falta luminosidad en el baño. 3.- El aseo debe ser más riguroso. 4.- El desayuno, con poca variedad y sin cambios día a día.Haciendo notar que la atención del personal es muy buena. 5.- Falta servicio tecnológico (sala de computadores con Internet). 6.- En la Cocina falta completar utensilios (cucharas) Muy bueno el servicio de custodia de equipaje.
