Got in late near midnight got a clean room with comfortable beds. Only complaint was shower curtain wasn’t great and left water on the floor. Person was out until 10:30 (note on window) so I returned key though the window

I had to really put some muscle into the door handle to get it open. When I mentioned it to the lady at check-in she rolled her eyes at me. Not sure great first impression. I asked her if she had an extra pillow and a handicap accessible shower to accommodate my disabilities and she said, we don't do that here…even though there actually was an extra pillow in the room and the shower was handicap accessible. Once I was in the room, it was great and the bed was comfortable. The AC was very load and sounded like it had some serious issues though.

Can do better

Staff was super friendly but the room was in very poor condition. The shower curtain rod kept falling, the blankets had burnt holes in them and the floor was disgusting. On top of all that the other guests are all up all night banging on doors even got my room confused with someone else's and kept waking me up.
