The hotel overall is nice for the price and the location was great. The bed was comfortable. Room didn’t have too many amentities…the breakfast was not worth waking up for. For price and location it’s worth it, but everything else I would not recommend.

Hotel in need of a complete overhaul

This hotel is located just next door to the central park and can be very noisy as the tourist buses stop just outside your window if your room is overlooking the park. The hotel is old and has not been maintained well. The reception staff, in particular the night shift, are not properly trained. Breakfast is relatively good and free.

Terrible room for the price you pay, the rooms feel stuffed, there is no air circulating, opening the window is pointless because of the bugs, it was hot and terrible, no AC, worst of all , don't make my mistake, do not leave ur phone, it will be hacked, i shouldn't have left it. i didn't have service so it didn't cross my mind , but when i found out days later i knew that this type of hack is only done if you have the phone in your hands. i had to do factory rest but of course it was too late. on the other hand , the food and the location were great but not worth the info they got, especially if you have a sensitive job.

This hotel seems once to have had aspirations, and it is well located, if not well maintained. The parking is hard to find, a narrow driveway 30 meters before the hotel. When we stopped in front of the hotel, the parking lot attendant did nothing to direct us. When we finally parked, there was no one to help us with our luggage (and the hotel has no elevators). When we got to our room, the heat was on full and the temperature in the high 20s celsius. We had to shut off the radiator, open the window wide and wait an hour for the room to cool. Not exactly eco-friendly. We were there for two nights and had very slow WiFi for one hour. When we inquired, the response was "I will phone the company" in a tone that said doing so would accomplish nothing. On the positive side, the hotel's restaurant was wonderful. We had really good Atlas trout, and listened to an excellent musical group.

Mal en la recepción, teniamos 3 habitaciones, 1 con cama doble y 2 con cama de matrimonio, y no las dan mal, tenemos que reclamar el cambio de 1 habitación. Una almohada con pelos de señora. El desayuno empezaba a las 7:30, bajamos a las 8:00 y el camarero llego a las 8:20, casi una hora tarde, una vergüenza

Sure this place is city center, you can walk anywhere from here.. but The front desk was not so friendly. There’s no elevators nor bell boy to carry your luggage. Must be the first time they saw Asians in their hotel because they keep staring at us like zoo animals and whispering to each other in Arabic. The hotel room looked clean at surface level but if you look deeper, the curtains have stains on it, the bedsheets look used. There’s stains on the head board. Luckily we always carry our own pillow cases and a bed sheet around. It might have been a good hotel back in the day but they have not maintained the rooms nor building. They cut down on the staff. Don’t expect any amenities listed aside from breakfast and parking. Hope this helps

The pictures that they provided on expedia are not real. The place is not clean and very smelly. We were very disappointed. They have refused to cancel our second night. My son found a lady night dress underneath the chair.

Emplacement parfait

C'est un hôtel situé au centre ville non loin du palais royal, des parcs et jardin. De nombreux restaurant l'entoure ce qui est parfait. Concernent l'accueil les hôtesses sont accueillantes et souriantes. Par contre l'hôtel aurait bien besoin d'un rafraîchissement au niveau de sa peinture, sa moquette et de sa literie qui à mon goût et beaucoup trop ferme. Cela fait 4 fois que je réserve dans cet hôtel à chaque fois que je viens à Ifrane. Petit conseil réserver directement auprès de l'hôtel le prix sera nettement plus bas que ses "pseudos" comparateur de prix. Il vous en coûtera environ 70€ la nuit avec petit-déjeuner inclus pour 2 personnes en période d'été contre 90€ sur les autres site. Sinon son emplacement est vraiment parfais c'est la raison pour laquel j'y reviens a chaque fois, mais je pense changer au prochain séjour. Les installations générales de l'hôtel un peu vieillotte au vue du prix sont à peu trop cher. Ce n'est que mon avis personnel.
