A trustworthy and consistently good place

As usually here this was another faultless stay, for business purposes. One can see that this hotel never stopped working during the pandemic and really knows what it’s doing. Clean, functioning rooms with proper toiletries including extras; lovely views; helpful and efficient staff; and a great breakfast spread in a light-filled room. One of the few hotels where I never have anything to remark negatively about.

Great location in the old quarter of Iasi. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby.

I would stay only here when I’m in Iasi. The hotel was beautiful, clean and safe. Breakfast, spa options and location were lovely. Walking distance to museums, churches, shops and restaurants; plenty to do and see. The tram is right in front of the hotel, so easy to travel around the city. Parking was easy to access to well and the hotel comps the ticket so it is free garage parking.

Bed mattress is very old and you can feel the springs coming up your back while sleeping, the offer i paid for includes a bottle of wine and despite i asked for it it was never delivered and at check out when i asked again the recipient told me next visit maybe u will get one ,so rude and its not what i paid for

The room was nice and clean and the personnel was polite and friendly. Since we checked out really early in the morning, they even gave us a breakfast bag with very healthy food choices, like real yoghurt with no sugar and a delicious sandwich. The AC was working well, the windows were blocking the outside noise making the room quiet and perfect for sleeping. The only unusual part was having to insert the room card to turn the lights on, but this is a minor detail. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Dependable, well-oiled, stunning view

We had an extended weekend stay with my wife here to explore Iasi. As usual this is a beautiful hotel and a very well-oiled machine in terms of staff kindness, responsiveness and all things working as they should. The checkin was easy and we got a room higher up, for a truly stunning view over Iasi and the environs. The room was generous, with TV, desk, lounge chairs and table, fast wifi, large bed, hair dryer, and many small touches such as toiletries etc. Everything functioned well and right. The Hotels.com checkin gift was also honored. We took advantage of a very good breakfast (strong on warm options including meat and veg omelettes, machine-pancakes) salads and spreads, and of the Spa, which has a heated pool, gym and other spa services. The entire experience was wonderful and I have no complaints. One can see the virtuous circle of a fully staffed, usually fully booked, hotel, knowing exactly how things are done well. Also don’t miss their 13th floor restaurant. The view is fantastic, although you are very likely to pop into a wedding or conference dinner, so for more intimate settings look around. Downstairs there is also a coffee & pastry shop for a quick day-snack.

Excellent breakfast, probably one with the greatest variety of food I enjoyed in Romania, tasty and fresh. Hotel is showing its age in some respects yet is very good maintained. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Team is helpfully and polite.
