well maintained grounds and facilities. Plenty of helpful staff. On site recreation facilities good - water slides, crazy golf, table tennis. Food quality and variety good. Room air con good, nice showers, comfortable bed. Nice variety of swimming pools. Found reception a bit chaotic, always referred to another member of staff and often told to come back later. Surprised no secure luggage storage room following check out. Just leaving cases in reception does not seem a great idea from a security perspective.

Water park was lovely

The hotel was nice but the food was really bad. There was varaities but the taste is really awful. Rooms are kinda old. Our toilet seat had yellowish parts that will give you the impression that it is dirty. Sea has a lot of dead gelly fish "not less than 50" we asked for a wheeled chair for my mother in low. They provided us with one but it was broken. The lady on the front office was lovely and she gave us a free upgrade

A 9h15 déjà difficile de trouver des transats a la plage. Barrière de corail bof bof. Clinique horriblement chère : 1000 euros pour une consultation, 3 points, médicaments. Espaces piscines bien aménagés et pas la sensation d être les uns sur les autres. Très propre, bonne nourriture

Séjour à Hurghada en Égypte et il n y a pas eu de soirée à thème oriental toutes les animations étaient en allemand j avais l impression d être à Berlin et non à hurghada c est vraiment dommage !! Sinon pour le reste le personnel très sympathique et très attentionné le sejour très agréable

Wir haben eine schöne und entspannte Woche im Beach Albatros Resort verbracht. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel war sauber und die Anlage ist groß und top gepflegt. Die tâgliche und mehrfache Nachfrage der externen Dienstleister, ob man Zusatzangebote buchen möchte, habe ich persönlich oftmals als störend, nicht aber unbedingt als aufdringlich empfunden. Im großen und Ganzen hat es sehr gut gefallen, und wir würden es wieder buchen.

Das Essen war gar nicht fein und auch die Auswahl war sehr wenig. Immer das gleiche Essen. Küchenpersonal zum Teil sehr unfreundlich und gingen nicht auf die Wünsche ein. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist ok aber nicht perfekt. Die Rutschen für die Kinder im Wasser waren voller Rost.

Die Unterkunft ist im Außenbereich sehr weitläufig und man findet immer eine freie Liege, sowohl am Hoteleigenen Strand, als auch an den Swimmingpools. Unser Zimmer war so, wie wir es gebucht hatten, mit einer schönen Größe und einem sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Bett war sehr breit und bequem. Die Türen und Türrahmen waren etwas abgenutzt, wodurch Geräusche vom Flur ins Zimmer drangen. Die Speisen waren appetitlich und schmackhaft. Es gab mehreren Restaurants mit etwas unterschiedlichen Angeboten, die sich allerdings auch wiederholten. Wir hätten uns vielleicht auch mehr regionale Küche gewünscht, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Das Abendprogramm fand wahrscheinlich der Witterung geschuldet, innenstatt, wodurch man sehr beengt saß und es manchmal nicht genug Stühle gab. Ist bei wärmerem Wetter draußen bestimmt besser. Aber, das ist natürlich Kritik auf hohem Level. Insgesamt fühlt man sich hier sehr wohl, Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wird alles immer sofort sauber gemacht und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben.

Its a little bit old , but perfect condition, rooms are renovated. The food is the best you can have , different options, I really don't know why other reviews are bad about food , it was a 5 stars catering service , and so many varieties , the head chef is Khaled EL Fattah award winning chef , he is always on the floor checking everything with his junior chefs. The Junior suites are luxurious and the service from each and every staff member is 5 stars , pampering all the time starting from the Check in Desk to the ice-cream booth at the beach. If you want to have the best experience stay in this 5 stars resort, I will be back every year.

The booking was done through Expedia and got canceled by the hotel after deducting the full value of the two booked rooms , Expedia didn’t inform us with the cancellation and did not support us with the hotel management who refused to refund the deducted amount although we did not check in!!!

WONDERFUL ALL-INCLUSIVE STAY

Very nice hotel. Many activities are there. Many pools, especially for kids. Beach is wonderful. Staff are very helpful, always smiling, they do every possible effort to make your stay is as wonderful as possible. The only negative issue is the quality of the food which in the all-inclusive may be improved if possible. Price is very good for the service you got. Rooms are clean. Really enjoyed it with my wife and kids. All of us are willing to come again.
