I liked the elevator to reach my room on the third floor. I also liked being close to the Red Wave supermarket in the area. However, my room was pretty noisy both at night and in the early morning. There were strange noises coming from upstairs early morning. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

the resort is very big. The rooms are more beautiful in reality than in the photos. The staff is very professional and experienced, and they all speak good English. there is a wide range of activities on the island and also many different restaurants. The only thing I would have to complain about is that it is simply expensive here.

The first picture advertised for this hotel is showing the pool, which was the only reason we booked this hotel (we were looking at cheaper hotels to stay at as we were only staying for one night. However when checking in, the staff informed us that we have to pay (per hour and per person) to use the pool. This was not stated anywhere in the booking page or fineprint information for this hotel. Also the beds were not comfortable

Simple and friendly. Why go to the fancy resorts on remote islands where you will be trapped and not able to experiencfe the local culture and hospitality, when you can stay right in the middle of the city at this place. The hotel offers adventure day trips too, so you can even pay extra and go to the resorts for a pool day trip, snorkling or other water sport activies, so theres no need to book a long trip to the resorts. The city is really safe. Its quiet and the hotel service was really friendly. DO NOT JUDGE THE POOL BY PICS!! the pool is actually REALLY clean and cool! The pictures kinda looked a little bad, but the pool was very clean, its just the lighting in the picture its actually really cool you can play music in the pool room. Pool costs extra, its private reservation.
