I was originally booked here, March 2023, to relax after a few gruelling weeks abroad. After discussion with the manager, I was moved to a quieter location, The Dream Relax Inn, which was literally around the corner and off the main road. They are the same hotel chain. I appreciated the manager's compassion when I requested a quiet location (this hotel is on a main road with a lot of motorbike traffic). If you want a great location, this is a good place.

Airport pickup was late. Delivery to airport was not arranged before we at last minute. But room is big, clean and many cafe and restaurant around.

The staff of this hotel were very nice. However, it’s not worth the money paid. The breakfast was an egg, a few pieces of oranges and apples, two pieces of white break and a mini hot dog. I had to go to the neighborhood supermarket afterwards to get additional nourishment. The bed was as hard as a rock. Very noisy room with sounds from the traffic below. But the staff, again, made the day. Extremely friendly people.

internet is terrible. hotel is very old. a chicken kebap shop next to it. your room also smells like chicken. bathroom is not clean. electric plugs is not working.

we did not stay at hotel we booked. hotel was full, they dropped us the other dream relax with smaller one bed room which is not the two beds room we paid. no breakfast either. room smell so bad

There was supposed to be a complimentary one way hotel to airport transfer. The hotel called a cab to transfer us to the airport. Upon reaching airport, the cab driver said we have to pay the cab fare. The hotel did not pay. We had no choice but to pay the cab driver. There was no complimentary transfer as stated on the hotel booking page.

Personal muy amable. El taxista me quizo estafar pero yo estaba al tanto del precio y el tipo de cambio dolar rupia, pero de todos modos el recepcionista intervino a mi favor. El hotel es un edificio nuevo muy comodo. Todo de 10. Incluso ponen toallas para la playa y el desayuno tambien es bueno. Pero resalto la amable del personal.

Staff friendly. Breakfast basic, but good. Location really good, close to sea. Room really nice and clean. Airport shuttle from hotel to airport was too small for 3 guys and 6 luggage. One of us had to ride scooter to get to airport. Wifi in room very slow.

매우 친절합니다

리조트 이동 전 머무른 호텔입니다 매우 작은 규모로 공항까지 픽업(10불)해주었으며 친절하게 안내해주었습니다 무엇보다 다음날 마푸시로 이동해야했는데 짐까지 다 챙겨서 택시타고 말레섬까지 같이 가주었고, 스피드보트 타는곳까지 안내하고 스피드보트가 올때까지 같이 기다려준 직원이 정말 고마웠습니다 정말 순수하고 좋은사람들이었습니다 다음에도 오게된다면 또 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다♥
