I mean it's an older hotel , but recently updated. For the price, and year of hitek, I can't complain at all . The staff was also very nice

cockroaches in the room. I really don't care because wherever you go you will always find these insects. Only the sheets looked very old and worn. they should remodel this place

These people first raised the rates over night told me I couldn't book online an I felt that was t right when I had been paying $70 a night do not stay here this place is horrible an dirty

Nightmare stay woke up with a roach crawling on the bed, staff was rude because I extended with Expedia they made me check out at 11am & check back in at 3pm & the room wasn’t even ready. Owner son was rude asking me if I have a problem. Stay away

Very uncomfortable

This place is very unpleasant, I would never recommend this place, the person who gave us the key is bad-tempered, he said that he could not find my reservation, he asked me for my identity, it took him a while to supposedly find my reservation, the room had a disgusting smell, the locks do not work, the television does not work, the bathroom is dirty, the sheets stank, my husband and I were afraid to sleep there, we felt an insecurity that we could only stay for about 15 minutes and left the place, the reception person did not even I didn't even ask if there was something wrong with the room, if you are looking for a quiet place to rest this is not the place.

The hair dryer had exposed cables and it was plugged in like that, the door didnt have the security lock, shower was very small, the towels were old a lot of signs of wear and tear after I gave them my card for confirmation nect day got charges on different places like they cloned mu card or hacked it.

Horrible stay.

Had a horrible time there. The cleaning lady had the door wide open while cleaning and all the air conditioning was gone, when I got in the room, it was never comfortable and only stayed for an hour and a half before I decided to leave. I complained to the so called manager and he didn’t care one bit about it. So I left and will never go there again. Also the photos are a lie, the whole hotel is a mess and it’s falling apart. So is the service or lack of it.
