Air conditioner started to warm up --started off cool, but didn't seem to keep temp. Carpet when we got off on our floor didn't appear to have been vacuumed recently. Room was clean enough. Appearance was just kind of worn in general. Lady at the front desk was very nice. Did not have automatic doors coming into the hotel and only when we first got there did the security guard open them for us--otherwise we struggled to open the door and remove our bags.
