A beautiful and perfect place for just you or your family to come and relax on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Stay in this amazing home and enjoy a nice quiet vacation. Property comes with a boat dock, jet ski ramp, 3 kayaks, and a swim dock. This place is perfect for fishing, watching the sunset or just relaxing and tanning in the sun. A beautiful gazebo right by the lake--perfect to take take pictures for a special occasion, a fire pit with chairs and much more! In the summer this property is perfect for either bringing your own boat (docking it at our boat dock) or renting a boat at one of our many boat rental places.

The space

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with two large patios. 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. 2 are master bedrooms with full baths--the first master is located on the main floor with a king bed, TV, nice glass walk in shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The other master has a king bed with its own bathroom and shower. It also has its own patio upstairs with a table and 2 chairs--perfect for sipping your morning coffee or tea and watching the sunrise or sunset. The 2 other rooms have queen beds. The sharing bathroom is in the hallway with a tub/shower and two sinks. There are 2 bunk beds with a twin on top and a full on bottom in the game room. The game room has a new pool table and TV. Big living room with fireplace and TV. unlimited Wi-Fi. Formal Dinning room table located next to the living room that seats 10. The Kitchen has two seating options---built in granite table that holds 8 and a small table with four chairs. The play room has a pool table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from silverware, plates of all kind, bowls, pots, pans, blender, food processor, slow cooker, 1 regular coffee maker and a keurig machine. The lower patio has an outdoor grill and two tables, eight chairs at each one . Large backyard for kids to play around . Gazebo has a table with chairs to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and watch the sunset. We have a large deck on the water to use for sun bathing, fishing or whatever you please.

This property starts you off with a starter roll of toilet paper starter roll paper towels. You will probably need to bring the adequate amount for your stay. Don't forget your shampoos anything else you will need for your stay. There is a propane grill we always keep an extra gas tank full Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, dishes and pots that can be used for cooking. Washer and dryer are available for use in the laundry room.
