Fantastic place to stay

We had a fantastic stay here. It’s a 5 minute walk to the MTR station. The size of the room is huge. The kitchen area was handy as we could make some simple meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. And, of course, the view was stunning. The government has initiated a new green policy so no toiletries are provided, although you do have the option to purchase some at the front desk or at nearby shops. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing View and Apartment

Short trip to HK for work, chanced upon this place at a value price somehow with super spacious and beautiful view of the harbour. Highly recommended if anyone is travelling with Family, slightly away from the city center but still not too far a distance. Despite that, the views compensate really for the need to travel 😍 I hope somehow I will get another attractive pricing once again, will definitely stay again... We checked out and left something, they actually called and texted to ask if they can offer to send the items to us. Such hospitality!

Nice place that needs just a few improvements

We stayed here for three nights. The place is more a serviced residence than a hotel, and well, while we liked the big size of the room, king bed, kitchentte, crib for our little one, location near the MTR and tram, and good housekeeping, we had a few issues. Our check-in was delayed because the room was still being cleaned, one of the male receptionists was really rude with HORRIBLE English I could barely understand, the power sockets were the HK standard and so I had to use an adapter provided by the front desk and the bathroom sink leaked (it got fixed fast). Would we stay here again? I think so but well, it could use a bit of improvement

備え付けのコップや調理器具は、きれいに掃除されたり新しいものになる事がなく、清潔なのか不安だった。 皆さんが言うように、やや臭い匂いがする部分はあったが、部屋全体ではないので気になる事はあまりなかった。 夜景はきれいだし、スタッフは親切だし、部屋は広くて最高だった。

I would not recommend this hotel. The worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed. Hair all over the place, even in new towels. Body hairs were all tangled in new towels. Stains on new bedsheets. Not so friendly front desk staff. The ocean view was the only thing I can compliment.

Not as great as it seems

I chose the Connaught because I had my dog with me and they allow me to bring my dog into the room.The room condition is not as nice as the photo. The room and furniture look old and needs renovation. The receptionist is not friendly. So overall, it wasn't a pleasant stay but I was happy that my dog can stay with me.

フロントの対応が悪い

フロントで前日にタクシーの予約をしたが、予約がされていなかった。 フロントに1名しかいないため、自分でタクシーを捕まえた。 これが2日続けてあった。 部屋からの景色は素晴らしいが、ビジネスでの宿泊はおススメしない。

저렴한 가격으로 멋진 하버뷰!

위치는 번화가와는 거리가 있지만 바로 뒤에 버스정류장 있어서 이동하기 편리해요~! 어차피 더워서 버스타고 돌아다녀야합니다 ㅎㅎ 여긴 뷰가 다했습니다. 가성비 쩔고 레지던스 느낌이라 편안했어요! 커피랑 물 다 무료라 잘 먹었네요ㅎㅎ 추천합니다

The hotel room was nice and larger than expected. For me the location was not that great and was hard to get a taxi to take me off the island from here. Also the hotel room had a faint smell of fish when I got there late in the evening and did not realize getting there late in the night that a lot of seafood suppliers are very close by and maybe that smell just overpowers.

古きよき街並みを背中に、現代的なViewを正面に！

カオルーン（自分的には新市街）より、ホンコン（自分的には旧市街）が好きな方には、超おススメ。半日滞在で満喫しきれずですが、ともかくビューとコスパが素晴らしい。ご飯食べれるところが施設内にあればなおのことよかったが…まあ外に行けばよいから never mind。

極度失望的飯店

訂了兩晚名字內含有：Harbor View的房間。對於我的英文認知裡面應該是帶有海港景觀的房間。 但在當天下午1:30check in，得到的房間樓層在五樓。景觀只有建築跟快速道路，完全沒有“HARBOR"。 詢問了櫃檯，櫃檯説只剩5.6.7樓，高樓層都有長期居住的房客了。 我能體諒住宿景觀因人主觀不同，但預定房間前告知HARBOR VIEW最後一場空，實在失望，當初就是因為景觀房型才預定此飯店。欺騙消費者實在需要提醒大家！ 另外房間時不時會飄著魚乾貨的味道，對於此味道不舒服者，請三思考慮，沒有景觀，整潔度也沒有，飯店唯一的優勢就是房間大。 希望飯店跟Hotels.com能給一個合理解釋。
