OK but not perfect

In General this place is very nice, area is quiet and welcoming. But, as visitors from abroad we were surprised by lack of English version of basic hotel instructions. Menu sent (electronically after request) to us was in German only, welcome pack, including survey and check in/out instructions all in German. Yes, we can use translators in our smartphone but this is not convenient. In addition, not sure if this is Hotel Le Filou's fault, but we enquired 3 days before our travel if restaurant is open on Sunday evening so we can have something to eat. Agent from Hotels.com checked with hotel directly and assured us that Restaurant is open on Sunday from 6pm to 11pm- but it was closed and as this area is more of a village type, there was nowhere else to buy food.... When traveling with 2 young children this is not ideal. So if you are traveling on Sunday, prepare to have your own food.

Das Personal (Rezeption) war sehr unfreundlich. Es war nicht genug Platz beim Frühstück und man sollte doch auf der Terrasse frühstücken, mach wir gerne, wenn die Temperaturen mitspielen. Zum Frühstück selber, lauwarmer abgestandener Kaffee, Aufbackbrötchen gingen garnicht. Ein Hotel, das auch noch auf sein Fitnessstudio hinweist, sollte auch ein Frühstück in diese Richtung anbieten . Kritik vor Ort prallte am Personal leider total ab. Diese Unterkunft sieht uns nicht ein zweites Mal.

Trevligt koncept, i fin miljö. Tyvärr drar ett par saker ner betyget (som annars varit 4-5); Obemannad reception vid ankomst (vilket gjorde att laddstationen för elbilen inte gick att nyttja) Dörren till hotellrummet (#13) går bara att öppna med våld, då den tar i i golvet/mattan. Pliségardinen trasig, så att man inte kan titta ut. Restaurangen stängd 2 (två) dagar i veckan.
