Einmal und nie wieder

Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich komplett fleckig.

Zu wenig Essen beim Abendessen. 1.Stunde vor Ende der Essenszeit wurde kein Essen mehr nachgeteilt. Keine Ahnung ob schlecht kalkuliert wird, aber so kenne ich das von keinem anderen Hotel. Wellness nur bis 18 Uhr. Wenn es schon kein Essen gibt, könnte vielleicht länger Baden.

LEBENSGEFAHR - Schwarze Schimmel:

Gestanks im Badezimmer - bis zum übergeben. Toilettebenutzung war deshalb nicht möglich. Schwatze Schimmel großflächig. Duschkabinenfarbe-Reste blättern sich noch ab, wobei Wasserhänen-Beschichtung hat es hinter sich gebracht. Zwangsmäßig mußten wir die algemeine Toilette aufsuchen. Nicht einmal Wassergläser! Nach einer Horrornacht sind wir ausgezogen. Restaurant: Speisen-Auswahl war nicht groß, aber gut, ständig in kleinen Porzionen nachgefüllt. Geschmacklich akzeptabel. Bedingung schnell, freundlich.

Altmodisches aber gemütliches Hotel

Jedes Zimmer hat Klimaanlage, Heizung, Fernseher mit CRT Röhre (echt schwarz Farbe!), Telefon, einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Hotel-Teams hat mir sehr geholfen.

Nous voulions profiter des bienfaits de l'infrastructure thermale et d'un massage. Le premier point fut correct, en ce qui concerne le second, nous avions tenté par mail et par téléphone de joindre la personne pour réserver un massage en couple. Quand nous l'avons expliqué et demandé un massage ensemble, nous avons vite compris que ce n'était pas possible, nous avons donc demandé 1h de massage chacun pour voir soupirer la dame qui effectuait les massages. Nous avons eu droit à 40 minutes chacun mais aucune intention, juste du geste, pas d'ambiance relaxante, musique POP. Bref, ne comptez pas trop recevoir un massage relaxant dans cet hôtel. Aussi personnel jeune pour la plupart (étudiant) et aux environs du coin massage, un jeune homme en civil style sportwear qui surveille l'avancé du travail des jeunes filles, cela ne faisait pas forcément sérieux. Peut mieux faire sans doute en s'encadrant de personnes professionnelles et motivées.

המלון סה"כ סביר. החדרים , השרות, הניקיון המיקום, הנוף , והנוחות בסדר .האוכל ארוחת בוקר וארוחת הערב איום ונורא!!!. האוכל באיכות ירודה. ההגשה וסידור האוכל כמו בבית תמחוי !! והטעם- עדיף לא להגדיר אותו . מחובתכם , להעיר ולהזהיר מלון זה המדורג כביכול ב-4 כוכבים, לשפר דרסטית את טיב האוכל ההגשה והרמה של האוכל כי הוא כמעט לא ראוי וגורם עוול לאורחיו. צבי וצילה דגון -ישראל

Alles in allem TOP, wir kommen wieder! Mängel:Wlan funktionierte definitiv nur in der LOBBY, obwohl wir Zimmer im ersten Stock hatten!TV nur 5 deutsche Sender, RTL/Pro7/ARD/ ORF1 und Eurosport. WellnessBereich , 2 Saunen jeweils für maximal 5 Personen und eine Dampsauna(gefliest für 6 Personen),Tauchbecken und ein Whirpool(American Style) und das Pool mit Schwefelwasser 35Grad Temperatur! Handtücher muss man vom Zimmer mitnehmen (=Bademäntel sind im Kleiderschrank). Hotel im gepflegten Zustand auch die Zimmer. Frühstück und AbendBuffet ausreichende Auswahl von kalten und warmen Speisen. Können die anderen Bewertungen nicht bestätigen- unser Aufenthalt war TOP und wir kommen sicher wieder! Heviz Therme ist 10 Minuten Fussweg entfernt!TOP!

Rodinná atmosféra

Už sme tam boli druhýkrát a určite sa tam ešte vrátime. Dokonale sme si oddýchli. Aj v prípade nepriaznivého počasia je možno si užiť kúpeľné služby priamo v hotely. Nie je ďaleko ani na jazero.Keďže hovoríme aj po maďarsky, nemali sme ani jazykovú bariéru.

Disappointed

Staffs are friendly and good but the room is old and furniture is of poor quality. Four stars hotel has no aircon in room. Hotel lobby is not easy to access if you have heavy baggages to pick up and walk up stairs. 15 min walk to bus station is a nightmare unless you drive.
