The property was amazing. We were taken care of completely by the staff that was there warm and friendly doesn’t even begin to speak about the love of their professionalism and their manner. We will be staying here in the future again and we can only hope that we have the same staff working there at that time.

Our suit was perfect in every way! It was clean, new, and extremely comfortable bedroom, kitchen and living room. The breakfast was great! You can actually enjoy the coffee! The kitchen staff were Wonderful!!!!! Everything is clean and organized! The front desk made no issue of us forgetting our room pass in the room. Thank you!!!!! The fact that it’s pet friendly is a real plus!!!! I’ll be returning!

My Stay at Residence Inn at Hazleton, PA!

My stay at the Residence Inn in Hazleton, PA met most of my expectations. The closet was about half the size of a normal one. It was not large enough for two people. The bathroom sink emptied painfully slowly. The furniture was adequate, but with wear and tear. The person in charge of breakfast was extremely kind and considerate. The food choices were average and had adequate amounts. The trash cans did not have bags. We asked at the front desk and they gave us one, when asked. I never saw the chocolate cookies that were advertised. Instead they served popcorn and cocoa. The staff were polite and some were very friendly.

Great place. Son had a lot fun in the pool. Jacuzzi was too hot, many guest complained and agree wit me, was over 103 m. Overall everything else was great. Good size room and great little kitchen.

Disappointed

We stayed at this hotel on the last night of a week long road trip, we stayed in a different hotel each night throughout our vacation. The person who checked us in was extremely rude & did not even say hello. She asked for my ID & credit card, she spent the next few minutes entering my information into the computer & then she just handed me my cards & the room keys without saying a single word. I have never been treated so poorly checking into a hotel. After asking about the pool hours I was rudely told it was closed until further notice, which was a disappointment & that information was not disclosed when I reserved the room on the Hotels.com website. When I tried to cancel my reservation I was told it was non refundable & that the Marriott website stated that the pool was closed. Unfortunately the room was not as clean as I expected it to be either…overall it was a disappointing last night of our vacation
