We paid significant extra money for “half board”, which was supposed to include breakfast and dinner, but the “dinner” turned out to be a $10 voucher, which was useless, since the cheapest item on the menu was $15. Avoid this place - they are running a bait and switch where they overcharge you and then don’t provide what was promised

Hotel is average. Staff are friendly and very kind, I could see they are making serious effort as hotel staff. Hotel has only two taxi vehicles for the guests, when all taxis out, we have to find other taxi near the hotel, but there are illegal money changers in front of the hotel, I felt uneasy about security.

Basic solution for short stay

Okay hotel for first or last days of a longer trip, Feels safe and clean and that is important in Harare. Price quality for Zimbabwe is okay but apart from super friendly staff, all is very basic. Nice garden with again very basic amenities and pool. Breakfast same. Expedia rate is better than what you will get at hotel.
